Da Vinci Tattoo — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I have all my tattoos that I got from da Vinci's they did all my work I called yesterday to get an appointment to talk about covering a tattoo that I have and the person on the phone told me they can't cover tattoos what kind of tattoo shop can't cover tattoos he was arguing with me when I did not want to argue all I was trying to do was get an appointment for a consultation and he wouldn't give me one he was too busy arguing customer service was horrible turn me away so bad that I will never enter da Vinci's tattoo Shop ever again i will never recommend anybody to go to da Vinci's Disgusting customer service horrible He never gave me an appointment he was too busy arguing with me I ended up hanging up on him and I was literally in tears crying that's how much the person on the phone from da Vinci's upset me I will never go there again I will never recommend anybody to go there and I will share my experience that I had What kind of business turns a person away like that I went to another tattoo shop they covered my tattoo for me an I got another tattoo They lost a $700 business that they could have had so don't tell me that tattoos cannot be covered...

This shop is clean, professional and funky, and on my various visits there to explore flash art for a tattoo I'm considering I've seen all kinds of clients getting inked. My boyfriend and I brought his niece in to get a piece done. She had an idea of what she wanted and Chris Koutsis worked something up for her on the spot and she loved it. As we waited for her and flipped through pages of flash we enjoyed some cool music and were digging the people-watching opps as customers came in and inquired about tatts or went to their appointments. Comfy couches, magazines and a public restroom all lend a customer-oriented and pleasant vibe to the place. Our girl walked out of there with a big smile on her face! She was given precise directions on how to care for the tatt as it healed and how to maintain its beauty over time. It is a well-run place and most of the staff is heavily tattooed which definitely made us feel like they knew their stuff and they shared it with everyone who came through. BADASS shop - I'll be pulling the trigger on my next one there...

These guys don't need my review but after 11 years of only going to Da Vinci and another great experience tonight I wanted to leave a review. This place is always immaculately clean - there isn't anywhere else I would trust. At 18 years old 11 years ago I started going to Davinci to fix some mistakes from my younger years. Most of my long time artists have since moved on, but I always trust any of their artists. I went in tonight on a walk in needing a name coverup. Diana who happens to be one of their newer artists exceeded my expectations. She did an incredible job, helped me with my vision and even free handed some of the leaves perfectly. She made me feel comfortable and was a pleasure to talk to. If you care about what's going to be on your body for the next years, go to Da Vinci.
