Escapology Escape Rooms Levittown — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

This is by far one of the best escape rooms in the area - and this is coming from someone who has completed close to 30 rooms. First off, the place is clean, and very well decorated. The rooms are truly excellent with many very fun features and clues - you won't just be opening locks the whole time, which happens at many lower-tier rooms. Their rooms are also set at a very achievable difficulty - whether this is your first escape room or your tenth I think you'll have a wonderful time here! They are really mainly focused on making sure you have fun.

I'd also love to note - the staff here are absolutely amazing! They are very well spoken, and especially accommodating and helpful! I proposed to my girlfriend at Escapology Levittown and the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND every single step of the way! They shifted the room a bit to make sure the proposal would be a surprise, they made sure everything went off without a hitch, any time I brought up any worry or potential issue they took care of it immediately - I truly can't praise them enough. First off I LOVE the motif! The vinyl in the front window is sick, it just looks so good every time I pass the store I smile at it. And the walls are decked out with cool stuff. It definitely gives that steampunk kinda vibe. When you walk inside there's some fun, funky, upbeat kinda music in the waiting room. (To the staff, the music compliments the decor really well). The bathroom was really clean and has more steam punk / exposed pipe style stuff. Whoever designed the place did a great job keeping with a theme. OK onto the game, I only got a chance to play Antidote so far, I went with 4 friends and we had a great time. We finished, but we definitely didn't make the Hall of Fame haha. My boyfriend, his family, and I decided to try an escape room yesterday and had a blast! Escapology offers a clean and challenging environment to really get you thinking! We chose the Antidote room and were able to save the day with time to spare and minimal assistance. However, our Game Master did an excellent job of helping us when we needed and giving us space to figure out things on our own as well. She congratulated us when we exited, which felt great because I thought we were not going to solve the room in time!
