Its fine Food, not fine dining. Since taking over Sabor Columbia, very little has been done to the dining area. My chair was so wobbly I knew it was broken in multiple places. Anyone larger would have done it in. Buffet? In the restaurant dining area? Yes. Complete with a black boot print on the white table cloth. Really? Chips in the wall still left from the previous restaurant, and the filthiest windows around. Service? Upon arrival we got a waitress chewing open mouthed at our table. Obviously english is her second language since I asked about the differences in the drinks and she couldn't understand me. Water was 3/4 full and we finished them but they were never refilled. Only 3 tables were dining that evening but we found ourselves having to wave her down for attention and to order dessert. The food is absolutely excellent! Layers of flavor, just as a fine food should be. Our empty plates were left as she put the dessert order in. Zero attention to detail. When dessert came out, she had to place it among the scattered meal that was left. Decent flavor, but the rasmalai is definitely frozen food. Not in house. Masala chai is a little watery and clove forward but good. All in all its better for takeout. An eyesore to visit. Nothing 'fine' about it besides the flavor. Its like having a bunch of tables on a dance floor, to be easily moved incase a party breaks out. Either you're 'fine' or you're a banquet hall wanna-be, make up your mind. Can't be both. Asking for a review after eating should be an embarrassment, but they seem to not know any better. Its sad thing to see In levittown. We...

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE, TASTY FOOD - and the place wasn't even busy. They just don’t care. Won’t go back to eat there. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews come from, but read this one if you want to have an idea. The food doesn’t come at all and no one checks on you. The place looks like elementary school cafeteria . It is very plain and the noise level is ridiculously loud, it wasn’t even full. One of my children had to leave because of the noise level. Service is non existent. We went early, around 4:45 pm so not a lot of customers there. We ordered 2 appetizers and 4 main dishes. We waited for over 1 hour(!!) for 1 appetizer. Then the other came shortly after. ONLY 2 main dishes came out and in the wrong order and with the wrong side dishes. Drinks took a long time too, and one can really order beer or wine, they don’t seem to have a bartender who can make cocktails. We left without eating 2 main dishes - that never came. There is no staff there, and the ones there either they are too busy, or don’t care to check on customers. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with service, but the food that we did have was tasty. To the restaurant: don’t leave me that generic, automated review you leave everyone who doesn’t like your service/ restaurant. That is pathetic. Honor your restaurant with a...
