Hands down best place to come for your gaming, laptop and phone repairs. My PS3 wasn't reading the games anymore and stopped loading the game discs. I was shopping around for prices to get my disc drive fixed for my PS3 and was quite surprised and happy on the quote I received from Gamer's Edge Repair while other places quoted me alarmingly more

When opting to fix my PS3 Blu-Ray Lens, he gave two options...one was a less expensive repair on changing the actual lens eye or entire disc drive replaced (which i chose to do). I did mentioned to Jonas (owner) that I was having WiFi issues and asked to check on it at the same time when opening the PS3 for the disc drive. When checking on it, he did noticed the WiFi antenna was lose and he made the connection more snug and I was pleasantly surprised he didn't charge me to do that simple fix.

On a closing note. I wanted to give a heads-up about another experience. During the same day, I had called the Apple Store to have the MacBook Air keyboard fixed and swapped with a new one but was very costly from Apple. Then remembered Jonas and brought the MacBook Air to him and he quoted me 1/3 the price and quick turnaround time in less than two days fixed.

Called ahead to ask if they would be able to clean my gaming system. I was told they would be able to. Got there and the employee said that they don't clean it anymore. Left the store, then remembered they had said they would so I called back to remind them that they had said that. His response was "we don't clean them anymore." So I asked "when did that policy change?" His response? "A while ago". Sounded like a lie to me. Went all the way up there for no reason.

Edit: I did indeed mention that I might have roaches in it when I first called. I did call before this beginning of this year. So the policy change happened without my knowledge and I should have called again to make sure. However, THIS response is a more professional one than what I was met with both at the store and on the phone, the second time. All of that explanation was not given to me and I was just met with a scorn and unpleasant behavior. Which to me, made it seem like he couldn't be bothered with helping me. My Son's Playstation 4 (Slim) Was Over Heating So I Called Around A Few Places & Those Places Wanted Almost the Price Of A New PS4 To Replace The Fan. I Google Repair Shops & Came Across These Guys , Still Thinking I Needed A Fan Replacement Which Is $80 If They Replaced It. Guy Told Me Leave It For A Few & He Would Get Back To Me If It's Just Cleaning That's $30 , So I Left My Son's PS4 There 2 Hours Later I Got A Call Stating It Only Had To Be Cleaned & All I Had To Pay Was $30. I Live In The Bronx & You Can't Find An Honest Repair Shop Any Where From The Bronx / Brooklyn / Manhattan / Queens , But Long Island Came Through For My Son. Very Professional , Very Detailed & Answered All My Questions. This Shop Could Have Taken Advantage Of Me As A Customer & Charged Me To Replace A Fan In The PS4 , But They Were Honest & Just Charged Me For A Cleaning. I Definitely Reccomend This Repair Shop & Look Forward To Doing Business With Them Again....
