I had a excellent experience with this company all around. The whole process of working with this company is so seamless from your first call to the time the job is completed! I originally called to remove my glass shower door that was installed by another company years ago because I had a leak and we could not figure out where it was coming from, so I was left with no choice but to redo my entire shower which required me having to remove the glass and then have it put back on when the shower would be rebuilt. I called Long Island Shower Door and spoke with Andrea who was very helpful and I was quoted a very reasonable price in comparison to other companies I called. I then scheduled an appointment to have them come and remove the shower door and when I spoke to Mike he advised that when he comes at the scheduled time, he can take a look and see if maybe there is something he can do to fix the problem without having to completely remove the glass doors and without me having to redo my shower. When Mike and his team arrived (as scheduled and on time!), Mike said he could see the leak was due to the water coming out of my shower over the saddle, and he said he could fix this without having to rip out the shower door. Mike was very nice and professional and took his time to explain everything he could do in detail to fix the problem and was very committed that he would be able to keep water from coming out from the glass door, and the price was for less than what I would have paid them to remove and reinstall the shower door. I ended up scheduling for Mike to come back and fix the shower door the following week since he had to order a few parts for that, and he came back with his team (as scheduled and on time), and did the work. They were professional, neat and clean with getting the work done. After testing out the shower for a few days, I can happily say there is ZERO water coming out from under the glass when the shower is used. Mike did EXACTLY what he promised and we couldn’t be happier to have solved our problem! Before we did this work with Mike, I had so many different people come look at my shower to try and figure out where leak was coming from and no one could pinpoint it and tell me what I could do to fix it other than try siliconing more around the shower which didn’t do the job. I was left with no choice but to redo my entire shower, until Mike came and actually had a solution. From start to finish an absolute PLEASURE. I began my search for a frameless glass shower door browsing through google and Facebook reviews. I wrote down a few numbers I had planned on calling and getting quotes from.

Long Island shower door was my first call. And my last.

To say I was treated incredibly would be an understatement.

I spoke with Andrea who was so extremely kind helpful and patient. She went through so many details with me, never in a rush off the phone, just really took care of me.

Next up was Mike. Professional, friendly, talented.

Scheduled me in. Showed up on measurement day as soon as my tile was in. Did his thing. Went over every detail and option I had as far as hardware (clips handle for the door etc). As busy as this company is, I never once felt rushed. He stayed took his time until my mind was set on something I loved.

Next up was installation day which came super quickly thanks to Mike once again accommodating me.

Him and Steve did a remarkable job. They were in and out and when I tell you it is seamless, perfect, and literally transformed the space- I am not exaggerating or sugar coating.

The best prices, the best products (thick glass, ultra clear glass, chemical treated to prevent dirty stained glass, warranty) just above and beyond!

I wish I had more showers just so I could use them again.

Long Island Shower Door came highly recommended from a personal friend. We reached out to our original unnamed shower door company installer, and was rudely greeted through our telephone conversations, and were first told they had no time to remove, and reinstall our shower glass and door. Secondly, we were given an outrageous price if they would have even had the time to do the job. This is when we contacted Mike from Long Island Shower door who promptly came to our residence, and gave us a quote which was 1/4 of what the competitor quoted. There was no hesitation on our part to use Long Island Shower Door services after he came highly recommended. Mike came the next day and removed glass and door so we could have our shower pan replaced. He worked with us very closely in being able to reuse our original shower door therefore, making it more affordable. He did have to replace the glass panel due to the fact some measurements had changed from the repair, and once again Long Island Shower came through with a very reasonable price quote. All work was done very neat, professional, and in a very timely manner. Mike and his crew showed up each time as scheduled. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and now our shower looks better than new! We highly recommend Mike, and Long Island Shower Door for any shower door and glass needs.
