I started coming here 3/4 months ago and very quickly became my new nail and threading spot. I stand by my initial review except for my latest experience. I went here with my daughter for a manicure, pedicure for both of us and threading. Randomly two nail techs approached us and kept insisting we pick a color. I politely asked them to give me a few minutes so we can select a color. The nail tech that was supposed to do my nails her name is Sandy. She was so Impatient and rude. After the fourth time that she asked me to pick a color and was pouting, I felt so pressured and quickly just picked any color so I could sit down with my daughter to start our pedicure. There were no additional customers waiting and not did they have any appointments coming in because I asked. I’m not sure why they were rushing us. Sandy was grunting as she started my pedicure and kept mumbling things about me to the nail tech doing my daughter’s pedicure. I quietly just sat and observed. The water was burning hot. I told her the water is too hot, but I think she thought I was just being difficult, but in fact, the water was extremely hot. Needless to say, I can go on about this terrible experience, but the most important thing is that she ruined the experience I was supposed to have with me and my daughter getting our nails done together before vacation. I told Sandy to stop the pedicure because I did not want to continue my service here. I waited for my daughter to complete her manicure and pedicure, alone. I’m especially upset because I later learned that the managers wife was also on site and in fact she was the one doing my daughter’s pedicure. The fact that she didn’t have the courtesy to jump in and say anything to Sandy says a lot. When I started coming here, I took my sister and a few other friends to the salon as new and committed customers however, I will be taking all my friends to drizzle nails where I was treated much more politely. I later had to schedule myself at another nail salon (Drizzle Nails) where the staff was much more l polite, and I had a much more wonderful experience. In fact the tech helped me pick a color and didn’t rush my experience. I just wish I went here...
Read moreMy first time there was enough to make me go back since I was satisfied with my pedicure but this morning, my last time, made me know that this isn’t the place for my regular pedicures. I don’t know my techs name since she didn’t have a name tag but I also did not ask so that’s a mistake on my part. The only thing I have to go by is that she was the tallest woman tech there this morning and that I went in at 10:15am and left at 10:55am. My pedicure was rushed. My nails were not shaped with any filing done to the edges (I’m going to end up redoing my pinky toes bc the edge is off lopsided and sharp), the tech used the scrub on my legs and feet but did not use any lotion after that (which also means I didn’t receive the little massage that usually comes with the lotion being applied) and when using the pumice scrubber she ended up going too high up my heel and created a rub burn where the skin is thinner and more sensitive by the achilles tendon. I ended up putting lotion on my feet and toes at the dryer because they were very dry, because again the tech didn’t apply any lotion to my feet or legs. I ended up leaving a tip but it was not a good one ($3) since I was not happy with the services I received/didn’t receive but I thought it was rude to not give anything, especially since it was my tech who checked me out. The great reviews made me try this place out but now going back through them I’m realizing all of the great reviews are from people getting beautiful custom manicures with nail art and not from people getting pedicures. The few not so good reviews I have found usually talk about not being happy with pedicures so that should have been my red flag. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back and spending over $30 to possibly get this same unsavory experience. However, if you’re looking for a custom manicure that is well done this does seem to be the place to go, although I can’t really speak for that personally since I don’t get manicures of...
Read moreEvery single time I go I absolutely love my nails. My first time there I was really nervous, my previous set was done back in California, so I was struggling to find a nail tech that would remove them. Not only was removing them quick and easy, my new set was done the same day. My first time was on October 5th with Justin. I wanted a Halloween set with black and red and charms. Justin is literally the best nail tech. I literally only go to him, he made them so similar to my reference photo. I got so many compliments over them, so when I had to get them removed for an MRI 1.5 months later I was really sad. There was no lifting at that point, and my nails were still looking really pretty. Less than a few days later on November 14th, I got another set done. This time I wanted it seashell and pearl themed. I've never tried this style before and wasn't sure if Justin could do them, but he assured me and they came out so pretty. I keep staring at them. I love them so much. Not only does he pay so much attention to detail, if he doesn't like what he did, he adjusts it himself. He's also very open to listening to suggestions and checks in with me often to make sure I like it. I sometimes ask to add different things with my set and he always does it without complaints. With my previous set, I hurt my nail, so removing it was going to be really painful. The whole time Justin kept checking in with my to make sure it didn't hurt too bad, and he helped make sure they healed well. I 100% will be coming back. I'm bringing my sister to go get her nails done when she visits. He's probably the only nail tech that can do some of the most complicated designs that I want.
Update 12/1: My sister came over and she got her nails done. She’s very picky with the shortness because she’s always typing on her computer for school. She’s also never gotten her nails done but for once she agreed and she can’t stop complimenting them and she...
