DAVE’s Audio staff is very knowledgeable and customer focused! We bought various items at their annual November sale and had them installed at our house by DAVES’s. We had a great experience in every stage of process.

Our knowledgeable sale person (Joel) listened to our requirements, explained options, and then we decided on our products. It was a good experience.

The installation of TVs and surround sound went very smoothly with Bret and Joseph. They arrived on time, took their time to ensure each piece was installed properly, answered our questions, and ensured that we were totally satisfied with the installation. Great experience!

The customer service by Max after the installation was “above and beyond expectations”!

We had an issue with our TV three days after the install (ended up to be a misstep on our part). We went to the showroom on a Friday morning and talked with Max. He took the time to understand our situation and then took the “beyond normal expectations” action to do his best to see that we had a working TV by the end of that day.

Since the technicians were all booked, Max came to our house that day and fixed our customer induced issue and we had a working TV for a birthday party and Bills game. Great teamwork!

Over the years I've purchased 2 amplifiers, a CD player, a set of speakers and a wireless DAC from Dave's. Without exception, the advice from the sales team has been spot-on & pleasurable. I recently purchased a high-end CD transport from an out of town dealer, but needed a (equally nice) DAC to go with it. I headed to Dave's where two sales people and Dave went to great lengths to match a proper DAC for my new transport. Dave thought a specific DAC would be perfect but is no longer manufactured, so he called multiple dealers / warehouses to see if anyone might have NOS on their shelves, with no luck. One of the sales members scoured their own warehouse & came up with an absolute gem tucked away & forgotten about...a few years old, but new in-the-box. Dave offered the unit at a drastically reduced price & once again I left the store completely satisfied & impressed with their dedication & professionalism. Great place to do...

I've had many cars and I only let a few people touch them. I've always had a good relationship with Chris he knows his cars when it comes to Audio. He has always done work that amazes me. I wish I could post pictures of the work he has done. He as a talent that a lot of people don't have . It's sad to say but I moved to Tampa Fl and now that I moved Its very hard to trust someone with my vehicle . I don't want to take it to Best Buy Where I'm going to have issues with someone who doesn't know what they're doing .Chris gave me his Personal phone number I'm still in contact with him. He was able to place an order for my Kenwood Deck and sent me everything that I needed to get my radio installed into my car. Now that's what call building a friendship with a customer. Going to extra way to help someone out. All I can say is Chris I'm going to be calling you soon cause I need a...
