Just went here tonight with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. This was our first time and the people were nice and explained how everything worked. You walk in and signup at these iPads if this is your first time. Once you signup, you go and pay and wait for your race to be called. They also have it listed on a screen as well. Quick disclaimer though; you might be waiting a while if you go on the weekends. We walked in around 5:00PM and our race started around 7:15PM. Fortunately Dave & Buster’s is next door if you want to kill some time. The race itself lasts about 5 - 8 mins. Each lap takes about 25 - 30 seconds and they give you approximately 20 laps. The only thing we didn’t like is they pair you up with other people to maximize each race and we had these young idiot kids who were bumping and literally crashed a couple times going at high speeds. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and would go back again, hoping we get safe drivers.

Indykart Raceway is the best place for everyone in the family to come out and experience the best adrenaline pumping indoor kart racing in WNY. The karts are electric, so there is no gas smell. And fast! Up to 45MPH down the straightaway. And all the karts are very well maintained. And equal to the 0.1s on speed. (For those going for the fast leaderboard times) the staff is super friendly. And will always go the extra mile for you. They have different offerings for just about every type of racer. Whether you are just walking in yourself, with the whole family. A newbie, or a competitive Racer looking for some serious competition. This is the place for YOU. Prices are very reasonable, and they run some incredible promotions on the weekdays to save your wallet even more money. I'm there pretty much every week. So I hope to see you there!

We went for the first time this evening (04/03/2024 around 7:00pm), and unfortunately, the customer service representative/cashier ruined the entire experience for us. We were new to the facility, and asked simple questions about sign-up and membership. Before I could even ask a single question, she abruptly cut me off and threw her finger pointing at the kiosks advising us to “register”. We wanted to ask about everything prior to submitting our information, but this wasn’t an option.

After registering, we attempted to then ask our questions prior to purchasing, but the CSR wasn’t interested in helping. Eventually, she shouted “okay - who is getting the membership and who isn’t - it’s not that hard”. After asking for clarification on the adult vs kid races, she huffed a puffed, followed by rolling her eyes, prior to exclaiming “that’s the only option for this child. The other child must race as an adult. We aren’t allowing that child to opt for the younger race this evening”, as if we knew the company’s policies and procedures prior to arriving (hint: we did not).

After paying and receiving very limited guidance and support, we awaited to be called for our race; after we were called, we found out that two people in our group weren’t assigned to our race correctly, and they had trouble locating them to even add to the race, causing a significant delay.

After the one youth race, we re-visited the front area to purchase a snack, but the same CSR was just appalled that we would come back to the desk twice this night, and just couldn’t be bothered to sell a drink — she was visibly annoyed and frustrated the entire time, slamming receipts and paper down. Her tone was very inappropriate the entire time, just as her eye-rolling and body language. All 6 of us felt very uncomfortable - this was probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time.

All in all, we paid for 4 memberships and two additional races for two people. Only 5 people raced, and we only did one race (not the two that we paid for) just because of how uncomfortable we felt by the staff. We will not be returning despite paying over $300 for memberships and two single races. Very disappointed. Leadership...

Well let me start off by saying we drove almost 2 hours for my niece to ride these for a birthday gift. We had a decent size group 7 total riders. It's posted all over the site, just arrive and drive. No reservation needed. Needs to say but wait times are extremely long. Be prepared to wait 2-3 plus hours for the 7 min timed race you get to do. Which we all purchased 2 races each.

Also was told we would only be on the track with our group, again a decent size group 7 riders. Well that was a lie as well. They allowed some other kid to join our group. Then one of the workers tried to tell my boyfriend he wasn't even part of our group and he needed to go back to the desk to check the line up. So of course my boyfriend wasn't very happy. I tried to explain that he was absolutely part of our group, and that the other random kid needed to go if anyone was not racing. He looked at me and said it's open to the public anyone can race. Which I get 100% but when we are watching multiple races for hours with smaller groups like 2 races then he needed to be moved to a group like that.

Overall we paid $301 dollars for 2 races each at 7 mins a race for 7 people and we waited around for hours and I mean hours. Then on top of that dealing with employees who were extremely rude didn't help either.

Overall not worth the money, time, anything above. It would have been different for one if we warned about the wait time and then didn't have to deal with rude individuals but after waiting hours to be talked to by a rude employee definitely sets the tone. If you live local and have lots of...

Very disappointed! Walking in, it looked cool, the carts were fast and the track was much bigger than you’d expect from an indoor go cart place. I paid $50 for my fiancée and I to do 1 race each. Just 1 race! And throughout that one race, we had no more than 1 lap, our last lap, that was full speed and uninterrupted. We were racing against a group of middle aged men who clearly didn’t know what they were doing, driving like maniacs, never used the brakes, put her into the wall at one point, CONSTANTLY spinning out or slamming into the barriers. They were driving more like it was bumper cars! Every 1/2 a lap everyone was stopped by the killswitch, because SOMEONE (usually the same guy) had spun out or gotten stuck against the wall. They should’ve given him a black flag and removed him from the race because he kept ruining it for everyone else! We deserved a refund for that because we really didn’t get our $50 worth in that race! I feel unfairly gypped out of the race I paid for by these old rude unruly hooligan strangers who had no business being allowed to continue screwing...
