Go to the one in College Town, by U of R's Barnes & Noble. This location is SO RUDE! I came here late one night, about twenty to close. I called ahead to make sure they were open and the girl on the phone was so nice. I head over to order a small smoothie and they treated me like I was the devil. I used to work in food service so I know it can be annoying for customers to come in when you're about to close, but twenty minutes ahead of time and only to order a small smoothie? Was I really that bad? To make up for it as I already felt bad enough, I put ten dollars in the girl's tip jar... to which she never even acknowledged! They never called out my order, it was just passive aggressively placed on the counter and the worker walked away. Once I get to my car outside I notice that they did not even get my order right! They messed up, probably on purpose! Never coming back here, I hope my story saves you a trip. Again, just go to the one ten minutes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe usually love Tai Chi, but tonight, my boyfriend had a really bad experience at the W Henrietta Rd location. He and I placed an order for him to pick up when he got out of work, so about 5:15PM. He works a high stress job, and unfortunately had to leave late, and I was at work myself, so I couldnāt go get our order. He was 45 minutes late to get our order, arrived, and gave them the name. The girl working there, Grace, stated that it had been sitting there for a while, and he apologized for being late. As he was leaving, she said, loudly enough for him to hear, āIsnāt it so rude when the customers donāt come get their orders?ā I work in food service myself, and would understand if they had to stay open for us. But this was 3 and a half hours before closing time, and he apologized for being late. We will absolutely not be going back to this location if this employee is going to make rude comments to us when we walk...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is pretty new and you can tell it's managed very well. Their prices for everything are incredibly reasonable, which is great for college students. Also all of their ingredients seem to be very high quality, which is refreshing and leads to some great flavors! The price for a bowl is based on how many proteins you get, one is $8.99, two is $9.99, and three is $11.99. Then you can add as many mix-ins, toppings, and everything else that you want which is INSANE because people normally limit how many you can choose for each section, but here you can actually get everything without paying an arm and a leg. Their bubble tea was also very delicious, which tons of flavor combos you could create. They were also very quick to make everything, inside it's set up perfect for people looking to meet up and do work, or sit and eat. It's a really great addition to...
