Sleep Number — Hotel in Town of Henrietta

Had my bed three and a half years it started out fine and then all of a sudden air starts to leak out of the diaphragm then they're so cold warranty they prorated which is a joke they want $500 for a pump I can buy an Amazon for $200 I'm looking into the new diaphragm then they want to charge you $190 for service call I think it's a scam people at the store only to sell you the beds they don't tell you the ins and outs about the warranty the service center is a bunch of con artists they just want your money for parts I will never buy another Sleep Number bed again I would rather sleep on a bale of hay...

Less than 3 years later ( 2.75 years ) my bed needs a new mattress the integrity has failed . The mattress wants to fall off the frame. I called to get it repaired and it's my problem . Almost $700 to fix out of my pocket. I have beds in this house 20 years old that haven't ever needed any repair. I paid $5k for this bed less than 3 years ago. What a waste of money. They reduced the price after some complaining but I don't feel I'm responsible for the repair this soon. The bed is going to the curb in the spring. Don't waste your money. Buy a bed...
