Markson's Furniture — Attraction in Town of Henrietta

I had the pleasure of working with Charles at their brand new location in Henrietta.

First of all, the new location is fantastic! The showroom is gorgeous and tastefully designed. The availability of furniture in the showroom was impressive too! My wife and I got to try out several different sectionals and ultimately got sold on a set that we overlooked when we were browsing the online catalog. Not to mention, we also found some sets that we plan on purchasing with Markson's Furniture again.

As for the experience, it was also incredibly customer friendly. Charles primarily helped us with his expansive knowledge of all the products we looked at, but other employees at the store also engaged us in friendly conversation and seemed like they genuinely tried to get to know us as people instead of customers. Charles was incredibly helpful with getting information for us as we shopped around and immediately had answers to questions we asked. Very professional and personable!

They all really know their product and the entire location really emphasizes the fact that they are a family owned business and seek to treat their clientele as their family as well. I could tell that they were really looking to get us the best deal and the best product to suit our needs. There was absolutely zero sense of upselling; they really just want to make sure people walked away with a product that was perfect for them.

We found this furniture place while searching on google and let me tell you the furniture they have is amazing. Everything they sell is high-quality and the prices are very reasonable. The staff doesn’t work on commission so they don’t have to fight to see who’s gonna get the benefits, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t do their best. We have returned to the store three times and all those times we had certain items in mind and we have been able to find them there. All the staff is friendly, courteous, and have been wonderful in meeting our needs for the furniture we have been looking for. On top of the furniture being high-quality we have gotten it in a very reasonable time usually it’s delivered within two weeks of purchase. The delivery price is not as high as other places and they offer warranty on the furniture. The delivery guys have been great. They take really good care in handling our furniture and delivering it. They are cautious in entering our home and make sure that our furniture is not damage and doesn’t get damage in the process of putting it together. I cannot say enough good things about Markson’s furniture and all their staff, including sales, clerks and delivery staff. We will definitely be returning again and again to purchase...
