Just Salad — Attraction in Town of Huntington

I’ve tried ordering from this location multiple times in the last few months and almost every time they mess up my order. Most of the time they disregard the ticket that specifically says what to include in the bowl, often I select and pay for extra dressing, and they do not provide it in my order (losing money when I paid for it to be included). Constantly something is being forgotten, they forget the tomatoes that I paid for to be included in my salad. They’ve also added things like chickpeas (not supposed to be in what I’m ordering) and included chicken, and I do not eat meat and requested it to not be included and made sure to deselect it from the option I am ordering. I almost always pay for extra dressing because they always forget to put ANY dressing on my bowl or include it on the side and I’ve called customer service multiple times to complain because what’s the point of getting a bowl or a salad with absolutely no dressing on it? As well a-lot of people have allergies today and when you include something, that’s not supposed to be there you’re putting people at risk as well as wasting their money on food. People with allergies or sensitivities should be able to order out and expect the order to be correct. Everything is written out on the tickets printed out to prepare the order and they completely disregard it. It’s really infuriating in today’s world that people are too lazy to read what is infront of them and do their job. I’ve wasted so much money giving them chances because I do like the food. I do not recommend ordering online (through the Just Salad app) ever from this location because you will most likely not get what you’re paying for. My suggestion to management is the properly train your employees thoroughly to make sure that they are preparing...

I had just salad in the city and I had a different experience in Huntington. First, they are both different even the crowd act differently- usually one can make their salad and allow customers to choose the greens and rest of ingredients for their salad. Not at this one...I wanted a large bowl and I could only say that when another customer had shown/presented her plastic bowl on the counter. You see the other customer cut the line and I was more like put in the corner; left trying to figure out what I wanted. Eventually the ordeal being on the line seemed rushed and I could not add more/ substitute my ingredients for something else. If one is buying an expensive salad, maybe offering that just salad large bowl should be incorporated to first-time customers. When I tried the just salad in te city they only offered the eco friendly bowls, so now currently maybe their bowls should be incorporated for first time buyers at this location. The salad that was made tasted just as if it came from a bag that I could have pick up at Stop-n-shop; it did not taste fresh. The food counter gave me bottoms-ends of cilantro and heavy on the dressing. I ate it because its was very expensive.Uhm, maybe if I did not feel rushed, had more of my ingredients,and better schooled on the manners of being cut in line, I would try...

This location used to be great. Been coming to this location almost everyday and decided to get lunch today but really weren't that happy about the food nor the attitude that I received from the server(the person who made my salad). I told her I want a Parm Crunch but for some reason she decided to make something from her mind(barbeque something I remember) and I noticed the ingredients weren't right since I've been ordering Parm Crunch every time I come so I asked her if that was my Parm Crunch and she said no. She went everything over but messed up again, I asked the same question and I told her that I want Parm Crunch, not else. She went everything over again with some sort of complaining from her mouth in Spanish with her coworker. At the end I did not even receive a sorry for the unprofessional she had done, nor anyone else said sorry to me and same thing happened before but a coworker was nice enough to say a sorry to me for what the person had done wrong(wrong ingredients for my salad). People used to be nice and know what they were doing at this location but I think that's no more. Really wish my comment could bring the management's attention of this...
