Last Sunday I took my son shopping at the Bay Shore Mall and discovered a convenient entertainment area for children inside the mall. Since my son, like many kids, doesn't particularly enjoy shopping, this place was perfect for him. Upon entering, a friendly staff member greeted us and explained the entry fee of $22. She also mentioned that we could leave and come back, which was very convenient since I needed to buy a few more items. We stepped out and returned, allowing my son to continue playing for a while longer without any extra charges. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with tables and chairs available for adults waiting for their children. I even had a pleasant conversation with another mother, and we both shared a great experience at this place. Overall, we had an amazing time there; it was super convenient for spending quality time with my little one. The customer service was top-notch, and the attention from the staff exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Bay Shore Mall with their children, as they are sure to have a fun and enjoyable time. I want to emphasize again how attentive the staff was in ensuring that all my...
Read moreThis place is great for older children, but not for toddlers when it is busy. My son who is almost 2 and I arrived before the mall opened and there were maybe 5 other kids in the entire place. It was great, so much to do and space to run around.
But since you can come back for free the same day, we came back later in the day around 4:00pm and it was so so packed. There were too many adults and children (including older children) in the toddlers area so my son was being thrashed around.
The workers were very pleasant and caring and seemed to genuinely care for children which was a huge plus.
I'll definitely be back but I'll try to come during off hours or if they're able to enforce stricter rules in the...

The facility was clean, staff was very nice and accommodating, and the climbing area was suitable for both toddlers (2 and 3.5). It is tough to keep an eye on both toddlers at once (as usual), but there are a lot of twists and turns, which makes it a little challenging keeping track. Luckily, adults are allowed in the play area, so you can go everywhere with the kids. We brought dinner from the mall and ate at the tables around the play area- very...
