I went to this location on Sunday 27 June 2021 just after having a full day of shopping with my fiancé. We were greeted very nicely at the door by the young lady behind the front desk along with our waiter (I do not remember either of their names) as we ordered just appetizers and our drinks we thought everything was cool. It took a very long time for the appetizers to arrive and that did not bother us because working in customer service ourselves, it is very understandable how things can get busy and overwhelming. The problem that I have which is a very serious one is while we were eating, Chris who is unfortunately the Manager at this location approached us and immediately asked us to leave and FALSELY made accusations stating we were smoking Marijuana in the outdoor dining area of the establishment. We told him we were NOT smoking and would never disrespect the restaurant or any of the surrounding customers in such a way. Chris did not believe us and told us that he has us on camera (which is FALSE)and also claims one of his employees told him as well and if we do not leave he was going to call the police. This made us very offended. I got irate in which the level of these false accusations also to include the racial profiling he displayed took me there. Not saying my actions should've been condoned. But at what point did this "Manager" respectfully approach us and asked us or the people next to us of they saw us smoking? There was no investigation and me as a paying customer not looking for any handouts was never even given a chance to prove anything. We were the ONLY people of color in that section and he did not approach anyone else but us. Nor did he go around to even ask any of the customers if we were doing what he accused us of. We left but then returned shortly after to retrieve his business card along with requesting to see this footage he claims he had us on. He refused to show the footage and refused to tell us which employee claimed to have see us. He then calls the cops because a scene was created. We waited for the police to arrive. When the cop arrived we explained to him what happened and asked the cop have him show the footage to the cop. Needless to say the footage was TRASH and we were NOT seen smoking anything at all and he never once gave the cop the information of this employee that told this BLANTANT LIE on us. We also requested for an incident report to be made due to his racial profiling and false accusations this matter will be reported up the chain to corporate because in no way should he have treated me or my fiancé in this manner. We are both working management in customer service and we know better than to not listen to the customer and doing a thorough investigation before making allegations in the manner that he did. Again, I will be taking this to corporate to inform them of the ignorance they have running their place of business. Utterly offended and will NEVER step foot in this establishment ever again and its unfortunate because this restaurant chain was once in my 5 top. That location...
Read moreWent to this place for the first time yesterday. We ordered appetizers and they brought us the wrong ones, and the fried calamari tasted burnt. I asked the waitress politely if I can get another drink because it was pretty good (only ordered it once mind you) and she kept saying okay; I never got that drink by the way and asked five times. After giving up on that we waited almost two hours for our food. They brought the food out to us, once again brought out the wrong food. Now waiting almost two hours you would think the food would be tasty but this was far from it. The rice was undercooked the gumbo didn't have any taste to the point where I couldn't eat anymore and just left it there like a kid saying they're "full". Every single item we ordered tasted bland. The waitress came back once or twice in a blue moon to check on us. She got everyones refills and asked if there was anything else we needed, I asked for a Dr. Pepper she said okay (she was standing right in front of me as well), guess what, I never got that Dr. Pepper. After a very bad meal we decided to just buy dessert (to-go) before we leave because this is the Cheesecake Factory and well it would be bad if we didn't have the cheesecakes. We ordered 3 red velvets and the waitress said they only had one left. Then the best part is the table that came in at the same time as us also ordered cheesecakes right after us and just so happens to be red velvets as well and well, i saw more then one being brought out (we ordered dessert before them aswell). So after that we cancelled the chessecakes and cut short our time there paid the bill and left. The waitress I guess knowing we didn't have a good experience tried to make amends and give us two free cheescakes and guess what they were, red velvets, suddenly they had more then just one. Normally I wouldn't cut on a restaurant or a waiter/waitress but this place was absolutely horrible. I would usually leave a nice tip but even the waitress we had that night knew she didn't deserve it.

Read moreMy boyfriend and i have come here for years. We always stay away from weekend nights due to their incredibly busy hours and normally we get decent service. We came here on a Thursday night our server was extremely nice. We waited 25 minutes for our appetizer which was a flat bread. The manager Amy came over and apologized and we were very understanding things do happen. We had our flat bread and noticed the table behind us that came in after we ordered got their food. My boyfriend and i both got medium rare burgers nothing too crazy. We waited patiently but when other tables got their food quicker than we did when we sat 20 minutes before then we got annoyed as our entrees weren’t fancy or called for much cooking. 30 minutes after we got our flat bread our burgers finally came. We sat there a total of 50 minutes for a flat bread and two burgers. I just want to know where else you wait that long for finger food. Since we were very understanding the manager Amy never came back to check back on us after our appetizer. We finally asked another server standing by to speak to her again because after waiting 25 minutes for a flatbread and 30 minutes for burgers we wanted some answers. Amy told us that we waited 30 minutes for burgers because they don’t fire their entrees until after we get our appetizer which doesn’t make sense why we waited so long for each order and is not an excuse whatsoever. This is one of the most poor service providing cheesecakes on Long Island and i am happy to say i will not return and neither will anyone in m family. Management is incredibly poor and instead of checking on tables they provide illegitimate excuses. I am never the type of person to complain about a restaurant. I like to go out and enjoy myself and the company of the people i am with but after running out of patience i did not enjoy my dinner. This was easily the worse Cheesecake Factory experience i have had after coming here for years and i am definitely going to stay far far away from this...
