Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Love it, but I complained one day about the size of the piece of fish I got and the manager complained to me how I called to put in a formal complaint, when I never did... It made me feel very uncomfortable... Even If I did formally complain, she had no right to share that with me or the other employees, that's extremely unprofessional... Sad part is I never did, she never thought about all the other white customers around and how they probably did it because she and all the other employees are black and that's the reality of it... Regardless of whatever, whether I called in a formal complaint or not she had no right to make me feel uncomfortable by doing so... Reality is I never did it and if I did I wouldn't have a problem saying so, just like I didn't have a problem going into the store to complain... Highly...

After a long day, I pull up to Popeyes with a friend for dinner and had the most atrocious experience that I’ve ever had in a dining establishment. We order our meals and drinks and the drinks were filled in the worst way possible, the straws weren’t able to go in without spilling on us. We only got 3 napkins overall and when we had the spill and I went over to get more, she counted out two napkins and gave them to me with her bare hands. The location was filthy!!!!!! The service was poor!!!!!!!! And they were rude, I’ve been to this location so many times and it’s the same woman on duty that is acting like this. How do you refill the napkins on your container but won’t give it to the customers?????? My clothes and my friends clothes are sticky as hell and so...

I gave them 3 chances so I don’t feel bad about the one star. In fact I wish there was something lower. The staff, management included, is disgraceful. I’ve place several orders via Uber eats and every time I have missing items. This last time, they failed to provide either of the two sandwiches I ordered as well as the drinks. When I went to the restaurant to confront management and request all of my missing items free of charge, he persisted to try to talk over me saying that I have to go through Uber eats to have my order corrected.
