I had one of the worst nail salon experiences here. I came in on July 2nd and showed a photo of a specific nail design I wanted. The manager reassured me they could do it, but said it would cost more unless I went with a sparkly polish that would look âjust like it.â She also said Iâd need a new set, broke down the pricing, and booked me for the next day.
On July 3rd, during the appointment, the tech soaked off my old set and ended up exposing an injury where the tissue beneath the nail was visible. He panicked and went to get the manager. When I asked if it was even safe to continue, she just said, âItâs up to you.â I decided to go forward, sat through two hours of shaping and filing, and then at the very end, the manager rushed through the design, which looked nothing like what I showed them.
She could clearly tell I wasnât happy and even asked, âWhatâs wrong?â When I said it didnât look like the picture, she just said, âI told you similar.â At checkout, they charged me $105. She had the nerve to ask me for a tip even after telling me I donât look happy about my nails which I told her I didnât like them, she said âsorry about thatâ with a smile on her face. No offer to fix, no care at all. Tip culture is not mandatory, especially when the service doesnât meet expectations.
I came back on July 5th (they were closed the 4th), not to complain, but because every time I looked at my hands, I couldnât stand the design. I just wanted it changed to a simple, neutral color. Nothing extra. Instead, she said Iâd have to pay another $33 because they âspent too much time on me.â As if that was my fault. It was clear their main priority wasnât quality, it was to get me in, get my money, and get me out the door.
The whole vibe was money-hungry from the start, and customer satisfaction clearly means nothing to them. As I turned to leave, she waited until my back was turned to say, âDonât come back hereâ as if I would ever after that whole interaction.
This place was rude, and extremely unprofessional. If you care about quality, honesty, and basic respect, go elsewhere.
1st picture shows what I paid $105 for, plus an unnecessary âdonât come back hereâ

Read moreIâm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I gave this place another chance and left even more disappointed than before. My nails are completely unevenâdifferent lengths, shapes, and they honestly look like crooked press-on nails. I asked for gel on my hands and regular polish on my toes. I even selected a color from the chart that was marked as having matching regular and gel versions. What I ended up with was burgundy on my toes and a deep gold on my hands. When I pointed it out, I was told the difference was due to the brand of polishâthen why offer them as âmatchingâ colors? If theyâre not truly matching, donât advertise them that way. The service was sloppy and the staff seemed untrained or unsure of what they were doing. Iâm not sure which management was worseâthe original one or whoever is...
Read moreI booked my first appointment here on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and full set GEL X, I do nails myself and my nail tech that does my nails always was on vacation when I needed mine done so I decided to come here. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she charged me a lot $$$. I understand we pay for time and talent but the nail inspo was simple. I had to change my nail inspo to French nails because I did not come prepared with enough cash. There was no nail prep besides drilling the nail bed. Also I believe the drill bits arenât cleaned as they should be. When I got my pedicure it felt so rushed, she didnât ask me if I wanted callus removed or anything else just silence. Mind you she scrubbed my foot for 10 seconds MAX! Worst experience ever! Donât recommend, save your money and go...
