This has to be the absolute worst Chipotle location there is. It is a little closer to my house than other locations, so I have tried several times to give it a shot. Different days, different times, it makes no difference, it is always the same. Tonight was the last time for sure.
The service here is atrocious and while the staff isn't rude, per se, they prefer not to speak to you if you do not speak Spanish. Which is, in fact, rude. But that isn't even the worst part, it seems they just do not care about anything. And even if you repeat yourself multiple times, they still manage to get your order wrong.
The food is not as good as other locations, because again, no one cares. Meat not cut through all the way. Cilantro not chopped so it's like having little trees in your salsa. Nothing ever looks fresh there for some reason. And, the rice is burnt 9 out of 10 times.
The restaurant itself is never cleaned up. On multiple occasions, the drink station is soaking wet, littered with trash, there are no napkins, and no forks. And again, no one cares. Even when you walk back up to ask for napkins and forks, they dont refill them, they just hand you some and move on.
Tonight, for some reason, someone decided to add jalapeños to the fajita vegetables. As someone who doesnt like jalapeños, it ruined my meal when I started eating and realized that's what some of them were, and not green peppers. I had to throw out my whole bowl after two bites.
Lastly, don't even bother going to the website to share your concerns like it says to do in every single response. I did that, and I got a "thanks for letting us know, we will try harder" reply. For the future, I will drive a little further to the other locations, this one is a definite no. The sooner it shuts...
Read moreI've been to this location several times and generally the food is always fine. The downsides however, is that the staff at this location always seem to be slower than most, hence why the lines, which are generally long at any chipotle, go even slower. Now normally I don't mind it, but tonight I went there and was greated with the worst service yet. I walked in with my mother, and it's roughly around 7 pm so this location still has about 3 hours till closing, so it's not like we walked in last minute. We got on line and nothing in the bar was restocked. The servers were extremely irritable to begin with, and me and my mother both asked for the grilled peppers and onions on our bowls. There was none left in the container, so instead of reaching for a new container, one that I could see wrapped behind the server, she grabs what scraps are in it and places it on my mother's bowl, than realizes there are none left for mine and proceeds to take some off my mother's and places it onto mine. The same thing happened to my bowl when I asked for the shredded beef, there was nothing left besides liquid in the container and she fished barley anything out, then put it on it my bowl when I asked for double beef, which I also didn't receive. When I corrected to staff, nicely at first because I respect food service workers, but I won't pay for something I'm not satisfied with, I was greated with a stupid smile and she just passed the bowl down and moved to the next customer. Read moreWe used to like coming to this chipotle, but now it’s just become crappy these past few years, always understaffed, never gets orders right, never announces when there’s no more food, giving ends of food, scraping the pan instead of restocking it customer service is horrible. Understandable if you’re understaff, but if you don’t have any food, announce that you don’t have any food, simple thing as communication. Seems like there’s Lack of management, lack of strategizing in order to make the workplace flow and to prevent any customer dissatisfaction. Even if you have a long line, letting people know thats on the line waiting to order that you’re out of MULTIPLE TYPES OF MEAT is so simple instead of wasting peoples time. I could’ve gone somewhere else and not coming up to the counter and now having to pick something else last minute that they did not want to originally get.
