First off I have to say, this was all round a good experience and it was neatly priced as well. I ordered a chicken and beef lamb gyro plate over some rice. My combo came with a salad, a side of fries, 2 sauces (yogurt sauce and some vinegar and garlic sauce), and also an extra piece of naan bread. To start us off, the beef lamb mix was very good having the particular Greek hint of seasoning to it with nice and thin but also thick slices. The chicken was also pretty much the same and it was very juicy. The rice however wasn’t top tier, it was pretty bland and definitely had to be brightened up with the vinegar and garlic sauce. Then we go on to the sides. they are your ordinary fries nothing special, the salad however had big and nice sliced ingredients and some delectable white cheese on top of it. All of the food was served in a metal plate that can be cover up to be an easy to go meal. The restaurant itself is a pretty nice and modern design however the chairs weren’t that comfortable and the tables weren’t the biggest. But all and all I definitely recommend this place to anyone...
Read moreWe had Pete the Greek for the first time on Monday 3/20, for my son's birthday dinner, of the same name! What a great meal. First I was greeted on the phone from a very friendly young woman who was very helpful with my first time ordering with them. We had gyro platters, one with lemon potatoes, one with french fries, both with Greek salads. The meat was very well prepared, absolutely wonderful! The greek salads are the best we've ever had!! Really great and clearly home made dressing! The meal was so good, we had it again at the end of the week. Not cheap but very generous portions, and very well prepared. Don't mind spending the extra money for quality. Can't wait for our next Pete the...
Read moreWow, I’ve never been called “Felicia” before!!! I hope Madam hostess has a better day as I seem to fit in with her stereotypes. So I walked in and was greeted by the cashier, who took my order (even spelt my name correctly without me prompting her). Waited, went to check if my food was ready, was then met by “Madam Hostess” who asked my name, said my name, her response “Felicia!!!” Her saving grace was the gentleman (who obviously knew she blew that from my look) who stepped up and said my order was ready. Sometimes you just have to feel bad for who some people have to work with!! Moving forward, I’ll take my $25.00 to Chipotle next door as the...
