Horrible customer service and return policies! I usually just stop there for cards and wrapping paper but I took a chance and purchased a men's shirt as a gift. The shirt I purchased was one size too small so I returned with the receipt within a few days of the purchase since I know their return policies are ridiculous and designed so that customers can rarely get an exchange even with a receipt. I explained I had removed the tag since it was a gift and that I needed another size. The cashier scrutinized and even smelled the shirt and then stated that the shirt had been worn. I explained that the shirt had NOT been worn and that it had been tried on for five minutes and we realized it was too small.She then said again that the shirt had been worn but that she would give me store credit. I also had the receipt and bought the shirt a few days prior. What kind of "customer service " is that?' She just didn't want to give me an exchange. I got the next size and left the store and will not return. I had a similar experience about five years ago and stopped shopping there since they are rude and unethical in their policies but I gave them another chance since they are so close to where I live. Absolutely terrible No one speaks English and they do not want to hear anything that you have to say. I was dismissed as like I was an illegal alien. Every one was shouting at each other about me in Spanish. I had no idea they were saying I read in between the lines to the best of my ability. I went there to purchase a small artificial pre lit 4 ft tree. It was originally from Walmart and box was re taped and put on shelf at this location. I got home and started to fluff branches and it started to fall apart. 3 branches came off and he told me ah m’ami it works no can help you I then politely asked him if you purchased a shirt and it started to fall apart would it be okay for me to tell you that you can’t exchange it bc it still works even though parts of the shirt have holes in them

They are kinda rude. They look at you like why are you bothering me. That's the family though. Just the workers that have no family ties are friendly. They never really have much information and some things are too much money for what it's worth. What I don't like is everything is non refundable; so you know what that means. It's gonna break as soon as you get home. I would like at least a weeks return policy and a exchange policy. I bought a pot that was to big and instead of just exchanging it, I now have to buy another pot. Also, their kid sizes are off. I bought my son a size 8, which in Walmart would have fit fine, but here it was way too small.
