I cannot say enough wonderful things about 3 V Dental Associates, the ne plus ultra, the very best dental practice ever. The dentists, dental hygienists, administrative staff, office managers, and everyone associated with this fantastic dental practice is professional, very competent, and caring. The dental office is beautifully decorated and there is an excellent vibe that puts you right at ease. Extremely highly recommended!

Yesterday, I was in 3v Dental Associates for a dental cleaning and would like to commend the wonderful dental hygienist for her professionalism, expertise, and pleasant armchair manner. 3 V Dental is the best dental practice ever!

Let me start out by saying that I originally wrote a VERY poor review for 3V Dental (worse than this). Dr. Irina Kellerman personally reached out to me to get some feedback as to why my visit was not where it should have been. She was very sweet/understanding and I really do appreciate that she took the time to speak with me in a non defensive manner.

Having said that, this overall review reflects one appointment and one followup with 3V. (Dr. Kellerman said that she will personally take care of me in the future so this does not happen again. She deserves a 5 star review but my actual experience for those days deserve the 2 as listed above).

The dental hygienist: She was very professional and careful with her work. I appreciated that she told me what she was doing and when. Looking back, however, the cleaning felt rather incomplete. My teeth were not flossed and I was never once asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment. I thought that was pretty standard seeing as it’s been done for every other dentist appointment I’ve had.

The Dentist: To start, bedside manner wasn't really his thing as he immediately rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it was just a super busy day, but I felt like I was just a paycheck/transaction to him. He only took about 5 seconds to physically look at my teeth and then dismissed my concern. To be honest, I felt rather rushed and ignored.

The dental staff were also rather pushy with Invisalign. Granted, I had originally gone in for a consult and they’re probably required to mention it, but the followup visit just felt like a sales pitch but from a sales person who degrades their client to sell them a product. They kept pointing out everything wrong with my smile and even though I was already made aware of those insecurities from the previous visit.

If you’re interested in Invisalign, I highly recommend going to an actual orthodontist. Not saying that you won’t get good results with 3V, but I’m wrapping up treatment with an orthodontist (not too far from them) that provided the EXACT same services (time duration, retainers, extra dental cosmetic procedures) for about $2k cheaper. Obviously everyone’s situation will probably be different but I would 110% look into options before committing a lot of time and money with 3V. The orthodontist that I did find immediately welcomed me in and were not at all pushy or made degrading comments about my smile - 5 stars to them!

• I highly doubt that I’ll go back, but if I do, I will definitely take Dr. Kellerman up on her offer and will adjust my review as I see fit. I honestly believe this establishment deserves a better review, I just need to experience that for myself before blindly giving...

BEWARE of this establishment.. It is all smiles and courtesy from beautiful girls and lovely interior design but it’s all a trap once you walk out and they catch you with surprise payments, i gave them extra chances and they screwed me three times which was finally my last straw and thus forced me to warn the public about this place. Dr. Volk is immoral, very ambitious and surely running a get rich quick scam out a fancy office. His “partner “ the russian girl who runs the accounting and greets you is 100% in on it and they deserve to be shut down and penalized. One of my first experiences the doctor told me a filling would be $20 and as I walked out they billed me $450!! They said it was my fault for not checking the dental plan they planned out for me initially, as if I walk around with it and memorize it. basically what they do is give you a dental plan and then on your future visits they assume your consent do the work and bill you on the way out!! They just got me again.... I signed dup for a root canal, they first charged me $170 and said insurance covers the rest, next visit they said they made a mistake on the insurance coverage and charged me an additional $170, on the third visit they charged me an additional $180!! they said it was for a post, which i never consented to, i wanted a standard filling as i was not doing the crown. The doctor is so arrogant that he assumes your doing all the expensive work in advance. They do not tell you the charges until its too late.
