Horrible food and even worse customer service. The Orange Chicken and General Tso’s Chicken was not even eatable. We ordered take out and opened the food and saw how thick and over sauced the chicken dishes were. The lady on the the phone yelled and told me that I needed to bring the food back. I got in my car on this snowy night and drove up to New Garden. The lady looked through the order and saw that it was not touched. Then continued to questioned me sever times on why we were returning the food. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she was not there. When I walked in my house I was told the restaurant called 3 times. On the 4th phone call I answered. The owner called me and offered a free dinner! I would never order or step foot in this establishment again! We will stick to Dynasty, Aik and Yummy Oriental. I have never written a review but I felt I need to share. Stop and Shop has better Chinese food in there frozen food aisle. Really don't know how this place stays in business!! 1 star should not even be given to this...

We have ordered takeout from New Garden twice. The first time, we ordered orange chicken and sushi rolls a la carte. The orange chicken was just ok, and the sushi rolls were good enough to try this restaurant a second time. The second time we ordered sushi takeout, we got both nigiri and rolls. The rice with the nigiri was slightly undercooked, although the fish was good (salmon and white tuna). The reason we're only giving three stars is because New Garden got our order wrong, doubling one of the items we asked for, and then made us pay for the extra item.
