Aristocrat Plastic Surgery: Dr. Kevin Tehrani — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

The experience I had with Dr. Terrani was a nightmare. I can’t write my situation fully because the google review with only allow me to write so much. Long story short. I had my first surgery with his fellow over 4 surgeries with him in a 3 year span. 1st was with a fellow who I was led to believe Dr. Terrani would be with her every step of the way and wouldn’t let anything happen. 3 months after 1st surgery he had to redo my entire tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lipo under my chin. The fellow ends up messing up my neck so bad I had to have a My elevate procedure and a full neck lift all before I am 40 years old. Everytime I would come and talk with Dr. Terrani reguarding my concerns he would gaslight me into thinking that this was just my body doing this. He used his position as a Doctor to make me feel like he did everything right and it was me. Not only did I have to pay everytime I had to fix whatever wasn’t correct from the previous surgeries, some issues are still not fixed. I had to have multiple surgeries and I don’t even have the results I was promised. I wish I could leave the full story in this review so you can understand better but I only have so many characters. I trusted Dr. Terrani and he continually let me down. Even though he would smile at me and tell me he was doing everything he could to make me happy. He wasn’t. The amount of money spent with him I should not have been charged everytime to fix mistakes I didn’t cause. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kevin Tehrani and the entire team at his practice. Including : Alicia, Michelle PA, Shir, Ariana, Michelle, Fiona, Julia, Dr Toomey fellow, and his top-notch anesthesiologist, & Elizabeth the massage therapist. From the very first consultation, Dr. Tehrani made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. He took the time to truly understand my goals and explained every step of the process in detail, ensuring that I had realistic expectations and a full understanding of the procedure.

His attention to detail, artistry, and surgical skill are absolutely unmatched. The results of my surgery exceeded my expectations—I feel more confident, natural, and like the best version of myself. What impressed me most was not just the outcome, but the entire experience. I was referred through Dr Tehrani’s office to Luxurecovery, for my immediate post surgery recovery the level of care and support I received was exceptional. I went to him for hair PRP and I have specifically told the front desk when I made appointment over the phone that I wanted it to be done by Dr Tehrani himself and they said yes . I have text convo saved on my phone too when they confirmed the appointment with me the day before. On the day, I waited 2 hours and the doctor came in to do a few injections very quickly and the rest was done by his assistant Stephanie. I feel Dr Tehrani is lacking the attentiveness to listen to me. He's like in rush to leave the room. For the second appointment one month later and again I specified that I only wanted Dr Tehrani to do the treatment, I waited 2 hours again and was told Dr Tehrani would be with me soon but he did not attend me. It was a different doctor, Dr Jeena. She was the one who performed the injections. I was very disappointed and upset ! I was going to consult him for other procedures but with that attitude being brushed off and feel like he only cares more about the money than his patients, I'm not going back again and would not refer any of my friends and family to go there.
