I NEVER write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was hands down one of the worst situations I’ve ever been in. I hope I can spare someone else the trouble I went through! I confirmed the price and availability of a minivan Wednesday 3/21. I had spoken to Michelle via email and then called her to let her know I was going to come in that same day even though it was very difficult, because I didn’t want to lose the car. I called to triple check the car was still there and that there was nothing wrong with it and said word for word that I was driving over 2 hours away and I wanted to make sure there would not be any issues and that we would be able to leave with the car because this was a long trip for me with two little kids, plus I took my grandfather with me to have someone to drive my other car home. I wasn’t going there to just look around. I made it clear I was traveling 2+ hours to purchase and leave with a specific car. It was by appointment only so I had an appointment. When I got there I was greeted with “do you have an appointment?” Not a hello, no one was friendly. Then after we said we had an appointment with David, they told us to go sit in a cold room and said they didn’t know when David would be available because he was with a customer. (I thought that’s why we made an appointment? Apparently appointments aren’t important to them they just take whoever they can fast so they can just make their money.) they don’t apologize for the wait or anything at all... Finally they have a guy named Kit show us the car and he just stands there and doesn’t say anything at all. Doesn’t open the doors, nothing. It seemed strange. We decide we want to test drive the car and he disappears for 10 minutes and then comes back with the plates and says “actually I don’t know if you can test drive it anymore because someone else just bought it”... what do you mean you don’t know? And when I asked Kit why he still showed us the car knowing someone else was purchasing it he informed me “the other guy was deciding” so clearly they used us as a sketchy sales tactic. They said Neil sold the car... They could have let me know that there was another customer with an appointment for the same exact car when I called to confirm and explained my situation that I was coming from over 2 hours away or if they didn’t know till after they could have scheduled the other customer for an appointment after us if we didn’t buy it for some reason. Or they could have just called me and let me know someone else was about to buy it before I got there with my infant and toddler after a 2.5 hour drive! Of course afterwards they inform me that I can look at their other inventory. I’m sure that was the plan all along and that’s why they didn’t tell me there was someone else interested in the car. I was so upset and cannot believe the morals of some people. I can’t believe money can really make people so mean and savage like just for a sale. It’s crazy how they just forget about a persons life and circumstances all to make a dime. Awful customer service. Really terrible and...
Read moreUnprofessional and scam artist would be a few words to use to describe beiner ford. I brought my car in with a transmission issue, they informed me it would be 1-2 weeks to check on the car. I waited and received $7,000 in issues that needed to be fixed. one of witch was almost $4,000 to replace the clutch witch is $2,000 more then any other shop. The one item under warranty was a TCM for the transmission. I asked to for that to be fixed and nothing else. This was proceeded by no response for two weeks after texting and calling many times. I called to speak to anyone and the assistant would inform me no one was working at the moment or that she would speak to them and leave a note to get back to me. I finally spoke to a different service rep and he informed me that they would install the TCM. a week later I get a text just stating they wont install the TCM since the clutch is not working so it cant be calibrated. I've had enough since they could have said that weeks ago. my only option is to pay 4k to fix my insured option. I said im taking my car to a transmission shop to double check there insufficient work. they informed me driving the car off the lot would not be advisable and i would be responsible for any issues. they repeated this in text and person. once I started the car my check engine light was gone and the car ran with no issues, Some how only the right side of my speakers work now which was not an issue when i brought it in but im not letting them touch my car again to figure that one out since i would like it fixed sometime this year. I brought it to a transmission shop, they proceeded to drive and inspect the vehicle and found 0 issues with the TCM, Clutch or any part of the car. since then I have been driving it with zero issues. Since clutches cant fix themselves I am left to assume beiner reset my error code and realized it was fixed and was trying to find any way to squeeze money out of me. There lack of response over text/Phone or any way of communication is so sub par i'm not sure how they run a business even with over a month to look at my car and reply to my many calls/texts. The fact that they gave zero effort to fixing my car and i paid them $190 to do an incomplete check since my horn needs to be replaced and they never even quoted me on that. The only time they would reply is to quote me obscene prices and lie about what's wrong with my vehicle to get out of fixing a warranty issue that ford messed up. They should be ashamed of this, because i cant believe the amount of people who might trust them just to get robbed blindly. Please be careful if you choose this dealer. This will be the last ford or related vehicles i ever by again. If i could give 0...
Read moreAvoid this dealership at all COSTS!!! I was test driving a vehicle, and afterwards the salesperson Nathaniel (Nate) told me to sit down. I clearly let him know that I wouldn't be interested in signing anything and had no interest in talking about numbers today. He told me he just wanted my name and phone number. However he lied, and out of nowhere he starts talking about monthly payments on a lease, mileage, and he even brings out his manager to try to convince me to lease the car today on the spot. The only reason I came to the dealership was to test drive the car, and I let them know of this multiple times beforehand. I explained to Nate and Ken (the manager at the time) that I liked the car, however, I needed to test drive another vehicle from a different make first before I come to a decision to lease their car. I notified them of this multiple times, however, they continued to pressure me into signing a deal with them. Ken further decided to question me mockingly regarding my occupation about what I do, and spoke to me with extremely rude attitude. He even asked why I was smiling during our conversation, and if I was okay or not in a rude tone. (He seemed to be offended that I was smiling and was being engaging throughout our conversation, which is completely illogical). There was a high chance that I would've took the lease offer, but the lack of professionalism made me reject that possibility whatsoever. After I left the dealership, I called the dealership asking why they so angry with the fact that I was smiling during our conversation. Nate notified me that him and Ken had thought I came off as condescending because I was smiling. That literally makes no sense as I was smiling and engaged since I wanted to be civil and friendly during my time there, but they took it the wrong way. Nate notified me that it was okay, and that they just won't do business with me. The way he made it sound seemed like they simply did not care about losing a potential customer. If these this dealership continues to have individuals like them working, they will continue to turn away more customers and lose more potential profit in the future. I even shared the events of what happened to a different dealership that I stopped by afterwards, and the salesperson and manager were shocked at how I was treated at this dealership. They stated that you wouldn't speak to a person in such a manner in general, let alone at a setting such as a car dealership. The service at the 2nd dealership had a night and day difference in terms of professionalism. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere because they simply do not care about providing quality service and care...
