Love this pet store. I like the intimacy and welcoming feeling from the staff. It's also closer for me than the other chain pet stores. Make sure you pick up a copy of the store flyer to look for coupons. Sign up for emails and texts, and you'll get more savings (thanks to the staff for informing me of that!). In addition, this store will match competitor's prices by bringing a printout, ad, or showing the item/price on your cell phone (again, kudos to the staff). There's also online ordering and curbside pickup. It also accepts manufacturers' coupons and honors rainchecks. Groovy music inside. Lots of space. Great selection of products, although Purina has been having an issue not only at this store, but at others, including online sites like Chewy. Those complaints should be directed to Purina, NOT this store. The staff in Manhasset is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Although I occasionally browse and by (when items are on sale) in supermarkets, this store has become my go-to place for good, quality cat food and cat litter. There isn't another store of any kind that I've seen with the wide variety of different types of cat foods. Even the more expensive ones can be reasonably priced when times right, as this store often offers various deals and discounts on different brands. But it's great to know while less expensive food is available too, that I have a lot of options with the better food for a bit more money to keep my cats very healthy with good diets (you'll spend the money anyway at some point, on bet bills, otherwise - better to spend a bit more and have so much variety for good nutrition, and avoid the vet bills because your cats are eating well, and then they'll also be happier and healthier in the meantime... and this store...

Very well-organized store. Products are not hard to find and they are always faced. Nice employees who are always walking the floors to help. If you're elderly, an employee will readily help you get your goods to your car. Prices are good, even on expensive cat food. You can order something and pick it up there, which is something I think many people take for granted...

Not the best place to get things for pet reptiles or rodents, but good for cats and dogs and even birds of any size.

However...

Not fond of how they treat their aquatic animals though. Many look depressed and many die. Maybe this should be something for a bigger location...

Overall, nice place to go to get anything you need for your furry friends at a lower price than...
