Q Lex truly saved my hair from the damage caused by a previous salon. After months of keratin treatments and a poorly done highlight job, my hair was left brittle, dehydrated, and breaking.

From my very first visit, Alexa was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to listen as I explained the state of my hair, then carefully assessed it before recommending the right treatment. She also educated me on healthier alternatives, which I really appreciated.

At first, I only came in for a haircut — and even that alone brought back flexibility and life to my hair. On my most recent visit, I tried the amino acid treatment, and all I can say is WOW! My hair has never felt this silky, shiny, and healthy before.
