Upon entering this facility, I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner at the front desk. I was then seated in a room of sheer ZEN, comfort and cleanliness, as I awaited Dr. Nate for my 1st time consultation and pre-screening. Allow me to be transparent and state that I'm a grown Woman who is usually skeeved by Doctors and VERY nervous/ anxious..... but not this time. As I waited for Dr. Nate, the staff didn't miss a beat checking in on me to ensure I was okay or see if I needed anything, and each person I encountered put me more at ease. Dr. Nate soon came in, and after enlightening him to my health conditions and concern which landed me there, we started with a Wellness IV before lining me up for a few overdue checkups that I haven't taken the time to schedule. The reason for the Wellness IV was due to excessive fatigue and I had been hearing from Friends and a Family member that these IVs work wonders.

After receiving my treatment on Monday, I didn't feel any different the 1st 24 hrs, but after a grueling Wednesday at work , at the end of the day, I noticed I hadn't experienced the usual 2-3pm excessive fatigue (that hits me so hard, I was wondering if I was borderline Narcoleptic). I also found that my energy and focus was improved, and I was sleeping a little better at night. (I also have terrible sleep issues)

I met Nate Saintus, NP, RN at the Vitality Center in Commack. Dr. Jason Pape invited me to consult with Nate due to chronic pain in my trap and shoulder area. After taking the time to discuss the causes and potential solutions we agreed on trigger point injections. After a series of three rounds of injections the chronic pain and stiffness subsided. Nate suggested I train a bit differently. I took his advice and remain essentially pain free. I recently tore a ligament in my foot. I met with Nate at the Vitality Center and agreed to injections to help the healing process. Combined with the therapies at the Vitality Center, progress has been great thus far. I have now evolved to using Nate and his wonderful team as primary care providers. While visiting for my foot injury, Nate took a full medical history and drew blood.
