YUCK. Never been much of fan of this at best average deli but today was the last time I will go. Three egg sandwiches sitting and getting cold waiting for the side of home fries. A ridiculous and unacceptable wait time, greater than 10 minutes. Tell me they are not available, tell me you’ll have to wait, wait to make the sandwiches, offer a cup of coffee whatever but to stand there waiting watching your food get cold is not good business. Furthermore, the price of eggs are down 50% since March, time to remove the sign and quit gouging with a .50 up charge. Hey folks, the Great Gouge is well underway everywhere so it’s time to have very low tolerance for that which you are overpaying. My husband and I stopped here a couple weeks ago on a trip to visit family. I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time and struggling with morning sickness. I got a breakfast sandwich here and I have not been able to stop thinking about it since, it was that good. The bagel was fresh and toasted perfectly, the eggs were cooked to perfection, not burn even with a tiny about of runny yolk remaining. The bacon was melt in your mouth delicious without crumbling into your lap. My husband got a sub sandwich and he said it was better than his favorite deli from his hometown. I have been going to this Deli since I was a little kid growing up in the area. I even played for the Parkway Deli team on Albertson little league! Now that I have moved back to the area, I am thrilled that they are still operating and the new owners are fantastic.
