Artistic Jewelers — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

Its rare that you walk into a store and have such a pleasant experience you HAVE to get on the internet and leave a review as soon as you get home. But that was the experience I had today with Kay and Deb.

Though I was there for repair, and not a purchase, I will absolutely be back for a large purchase as soon as I have one to make. Their customer service and general demeanor from start to finish was unmatched.

Kay is 'Old School' so their web presence might deter you - but that would be a mistake. You can tell she's got years and years and years in the Biz and her staff (Deb) are equally as knowledgeable and kid.

I will be sending everyone I know here moving forward, whether its for a consultation, general advice, or big purchase - this will be my go-to jeweler moving forward..

Artistic is just the best! It was been a few years due to the Pandemic since we have been there but many of my beautiful pieces of jewelry came from their store. My husband buys a watch or two every time we go. Max and his team are simply the best. I would trust them explicitly.
