Pizza Cucina Farmingdale — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

10/10 Experience – Highly Recommend! I called last-minute to place a same-day pick up order for a client’s staff party in Farmingdale (for 35 people), and the team went above and beyond. From the start, the staff were helpful, thoughtful, and professional. They took the time to gather all the info they needed and gave me a callback shortly after to lock in the final details.

The pickup was smooth and perfectly timed. My order was ready upon arrival, and the team even helped me load everything into my car (which meant a lot since I was alone and had 5 and a half trays of food). The service alone was stellar, but then came the food—and wow. The baked ziti, meatballs, mozzarella sticks, salad, chicken parm, and penne vodka were all incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-packed. They even included bread, pepper, dressings, and sauces—every detail was thought through.

So far, this place has been firing on all cylinders. The regular pies that come from this place are absolutely perfect. Thin crust, Perfect ratio of sauce & cheese. The sauce is perfectly flavored. I have been looking for pizza like this on Long Island for the last 20 years. It’s affordable in this day and age for a pie, and the quality so far has been excellent. Excited for Farmingdale to have a great pizza place. In a town with 20+ pizza chains this one is really gonna raise the bar. This place Dave P would probably rate upper 8s for sure. Inside is a standard pizza place, some booths and tables. But the counter slices always look fresh and out the oven. Everything from the food, the staff, the atmosphere, and cleanliness was perfect. My family and I decided to dine in for dinner there and ordered a couple dishes to try. I recommend the Amici pasta. It was savory, creamy, well-balanced, and fulfilling. My picky little sister loved the pizza, and this is a big remark because she is a (self-proclaimed) pizza connoisseur. The food came out fresh, hot, plentiful, and delicious. You get your money’s worth here. The place, itself, is well-kept, looks new, and is clean. The welcoming and friendly owner and staff made our experience memorable with exceptional service. This isn’t my local pizzeria but it will definitely be my “go-to spot”.
