I wrote on their order form specifically how to spell my child's name "KNOX" and they said they "weren't sure how to spell it" Girl - I wrote it down. So much stress happening DURING my autistic child's party, stress that I tried to GET AHEAD OF the night before. What a completely horrible experience. Don't ever get a birthday cake or order anything specially made from this Carvel - unless you'd like to be extraordinarily disappointed with the managers...

After doing some banking, I walked a few doors down to get a small carvel soft serve sundae. ($3.90) It was good but not great- because the temperature of the “ice cream” seemed like it was not as cold as it should’ve been. The swirl should have been stiff but it was more like a relaxed blob. The chocolate sprinkles were nice and soft (fresh) and it was all very delicious. The owner was very sweet too! We bought a 36$ cake from carvel Northwest Drive Farmingdale it was almost all chocolate and had no decorated frosting like they usually have. It only had one small top of blue. It was as if someone forgot to finish making the cake and put it in the freezer to sell. Very disappointing. Will never buy another cake...
