First bad review I have ever given and Mobile rescue truly earned it!

This place I'm pretty sure has fake reviews. If you look at them they all say how great lasha is. Literally almost every single one. Haha. I have a personal experience here about 1 month ago I had dropped off my wife's iPad for a screen repair service . I was called an hour later and told that it would also need a home button as well as a digitizer and would now cost me double. I had him do the repair anyway and when I came to pick it up 2 days later the screen had a giant glue mark in the center, was put on unevenly and the back of the iPad was dented in. To top it off the fingerprint scanner no longer worked which i was then told that everybody knows that your fingerprint scanner will not work again after being replaced. Haha. When I asked about the glue mark he reassured me it would disappear within a couple days. 1 week later the mark was still there and I also noticed my home button had been replaced with a silver color and not the rose gold that I sent It in with. I brought the iPad back in and he said he would fix it. When I came to pick it back up a couple days later to my surprise he had gave me my iPad which previously had white trim with a rose gold trimmed white home button but now had black trim with an all black button. Still also had the dent and a broken fingerprint scanner. Contacted the owner and asked for a refund and was told they would only give me a partial refund that I had paid in cash but they could not refund me the credit card portion of my purchase. Please do not support this fake business as they do not take responsibility for there mistakes. The franchise should have better control over who there franchisees are and they way that they conduct business. One month later after a dispute with my credit card company I have finally got the rest of my refund from the card company not mobile rescue. Also an update the bubble is back on my screen again!...

Awful service, don't go here!

Went to have the screen replaced on my phone on a Saturday. Guy didn't have the part in stock and had to order it. Said it would be in in a week and he would call me when it came in. So far all was fine. Oh yeah, and I paid in full that day.

Well, I never get a call so the next Saturday I go in. The same guy says that the part is in but the guy that fixes the phones isn't there and would b there Monday. Well I work for a living and can only get there on the weekend. So I ask if the guy will be there next Saturday and he says yes.

So, I go back in the next Saturday and he does replace the screen in about an hour, BUT he puts on a black screen and my phone is white!!!!! I was so annoyed I just left with the phone. I will NEVER EVER go back there again!! Awful!!!

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW It is now six days after my screen was replaced and one corner is loose and keeps popping out. Also, I remembered yesterday I was not given the free screen protector I was promised -

My cell phone screen was cracked from dropping it awhile back and realizing that it was getting worse. When I went to this establishment after the previous one where I'd have to wait for the part to come in, then pay the other half and then wait 3 to 4 hours for my phone to be done. Here he had the screen in stock, worked on it for under an hour almost 40 minutes to be exact, and I only paid for the cost of labor which was expensive but worth it. But there was no charge for tax or for the screen protector he put on it. He was friendly, honest, skilled, and superb in the work he did. Highly...
