HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I work in a residential home and brought 3 of my residents to play in the arcade. For one there was only ONE person working the whole thing. The girl didn’t know much every question I asked her she says “I’m not sure, I don’t know, I would have to ask a manager”. She told me that the machine for the play cards print out receipts, which they did not. Mind you I work in the residential home where I have to have records of all purchases so now I don’t have receipts for three people and can’t show where their money was spent. After explaining that to her she tells me I’m sorry I thought they print receipts I’ll have the manager call you and he can come in and print out the receipts for you. The same day we waited for the manager call he never called we had to call them around closing time and they said that he was unavailable so we were unable to get our receipts. Again she tells us to wait for him to call us now we’re waiting a whole week later still no receipts. I called again today 11/20/21 And she tells me the manager is out due to family problems she doesn’t know how I can get my receipt and the owner has a bunch of businesses so it’s not guarantee that he can come and print out the receipts because he’s busy. The girl was very rude, had a nasty attitude, was very dismissive, told me to wait until Wednesday when the manager MIGHT be there and she was trying to blame me for not using a credit ir debt card at the machine instead of cash because supposedly if you use cash you don’t get a receipt which makes no sense to me at all. And the day that I went she stood there and watched me put the cash into the machine and not once did she say you don’t get a receipt when you use cash. Don't throw your money away. We arranged our lives to bring our kid to do this mini golf for his birthday. First time going here. My husband even took a night off work, and I got out of work early. It was our friend's treat so their schedule had to line up as well. We arrived there after school and work around 5:15pm (I have an alarm that goes off at 5:30 to wake husband for work and it went off while golfing). The hours posted on their doors say they are open until 10pm. Online it says they are open until 10pm which is the only reason we attempted an after school thing. At 5:50, an employee came up to us and said they decided to close in 10 minutes and no refunds. We were at the 10th hole out of 18 (with two little slow kids that were having fun). So I normally don't do things like this but I will say that if you go to this arcade if you go there for anything please go there for the people that work there as of right now in both locations they truly are the heart and soul of this business they will make your experience there worth it the experience itself is truly wonderful but the staff at both locations truly tries to do their best to put smiles on faces and give you an experience that can last a lifetime speaking as a former employee the employees or what keeps both locations going not the management it is not worth $18 and it is not something that is fun for everybody refuse to lie to save face and I refuse to lie in the face of people who talk hardly to their employees and then justify it by giving...
