The new staff at pandora poughkeep gallery mall is horrible, horrible customer service, was obviously impatient with me because I was taking my time shopping looking at charms, two heavyset ladies, one with long black hair that says she only been there for two days now was being trained by the Heavy set lady with blondish hair and glasses that was training her to be impatiently rude. The rude one was mostly the heavy set woman with blondish hair and glasses. I asked her if I can see a charm, she took off her neck with a bunch of other charms to show me the one charm I requested to see even than I couldn’t see it very well from her necklace With a bunch of other charms .she got rude and asked me what am I looking for? Am I on a budget? What am I doing? I asked her to show me a charm bracelet that I saw in the window in size 19, She says I’m not gonna take out a size 19 to show you. You can see this one that’s right here. When I ask her what is the price for particular charm or bracelet after 30% off? She said whatever it is after 30% off it’s not gonna be the full price. every time I ask to see something new She had an attitude to show me a charm or anything I asked . I wanted the teddy bear charm, lady with glasses said they ran out of the teddy bear charm ,I asked her can they order it from a different store like how they have done it in the past she said no they can’t order from another store during the holiday season. There not ordering from any other store.    Read moreIf i could I would’ve given this location a 0. My boyfriend had gotten me a ring for valentine’s day but had gotten me the wrong size. The next week we go to this location, wait almost 30 minutes to get waited on, just to be told they didn’t have the ring in stock. I get it, that happens. The sales - women told me to leave my information and she would contact me the next week when they got their shipment in. I waited until the next week and no contact was made out to me. So I head back to the store, again, where I was then told I was over the exchange date so therefore my ring, which was never worn, touched and even still had the box, could not be exchanged for another size. I don’t understand how it is my fault and now I can’t have the ring exchanged because the women didn’t do what she was supposed to.    Read moreThe first day that the Cuban link bracelet came out I went to the store and requested to be put on the waitlist. Then over a month and half later, I got a call at 3:50pm saying that the bracelet was in stock. I then told the manager that I would be there by the end of the day and requested that she hold it under my name. I then drive 1hr and 45min away with the sole purpose of getting this bracelet as a Christmas present. When I get to the store I not only have to wait 15 minutes to get an employees attention but when I Finally do, the manager tells me that I “did not communicate that I was coming” so they gave my bracelet to someone else.
