Hosted a kids birthday party here. Birthday kid came down with a fever the night before the party 🤒. We called up to cancel, and the staff immediately offered to reschedue! New date was the following weekend (wow!). In no time we were quickly able to send out reschedule messages to everyone, minimizing any confusion. Birthday kid felt better, and party was great.

A few notes: Party staff were great, super responsive and friendly and organized and helpful from start to finish. Good with kids and adults. Manager was super and worked with us on making the party happen despite illness less than 24 hrs ahead. Pizza was better than expected. Kids loved the ice cream cake too. We had gluten free/celiac and dairy free guests, so the ice cream cake was a problem for both of them. Be aware that SkyZone isn't set up for this, and ice cream cake has bits of cookie crumbs mixed in (delicious, but not good for gluten-free diets). I brought some alternative cupcakes, problem solved, everybody had something good to eat. 3rd- 6th grade kids got ravenously hungry after bouncing and having fun playing trampoline dodgeball for over an hour. It was too early for the party room, so we tried to fill the hole from the snack bar- order 2 french fries, an order of nachos. It took forever. After 20 mins, 1 order of fries came up, and 10 kids finished that in about 10 seconds flat. Don't know if that's typical for snack bar delivery time, so ymmv. By then we were within 15 mins of our party room window and because it was free the staff let the kids go up and get started on pizza early. Thanks! No one was seriously injured, but it's a dynamic environment. There was one near miss near the gladiator pit where one kid was too close underneath where people fall off. When the staff are paying attention which is most of the time, they are great, but they can't see everything all the time. With a party group I recommend parents should help step in to ref when needed, especially around the gladiator pit. One minor bruise and they brought ice. Long pants/leggings worked to avoid floor burn. There are water bubblers/fountains, bathrooms on the ground floor, party room on 2nd floor. There is a seating area near the snack bar, and a quieter lounge area upstairs where people can have a little downtime. A few coin op arcade games and massage chairs.

Birthday party turned out great...

I took my two year old here for the first time today and was honestly disappointed. The front was completely packed to set things down and we had to fight through crowds of people to finally find a table.

Then as we went to jump the staff yelled at my two year old constantly for trying to jump with me or the other kids we went with. I understand there are safety protocols but they are young kids some of which dont understand so the yelling was unnecessary. If you cant handle the stress of repeating things to children then dont work where children will be.

They were also told they could not run around the trampoline or jump in one of the pits even though no one was jousting.

We paid for 90 minutes and the prices for the experience and what we could do is honestly not worth it. There were too many kids running around getting yelled at and its honestly stressful to parents to watch staff continue to yell at your kids. We ended up leaving before the our jump time ended. Was not impressed and sadly...

I went here last weekend with my 3 grandchildren. Visibly the place is in a beautiful location and has great potential for lot of fun but this was not the case at al!! First of let’s discuss the high prices and the young, rude staff that must have some kind of hormonal defect. I couldn’t jump or even be close to my grandchildren at any time while we where jumping without getting yelled aggressively at. I fell and they weren't even aloud to come and help me up because you where only aloud to be one at the on the trampoline…. So strange and irritating. My grandchildren thought they would have a blast running around but you aren’t even aloud to run, you are only aloud to jump in one spot up. Sounds fun right ??? This felt more like a federal prison to be honest and I will never bring them back there. I also felt very uncomfortable because the staff where stalking us the entire time and we felt watched and...

Good clean fun for the entire family! Where else can you kids challenge each other to basketball, a ninja course, dodgeball, and smack each other with sticks all while not getting hurt? We’ve yet to try out their late night glow parties but it sounds awesome. Recommend booking online as it shows you about how busy they are. You’ll need to sign a waiver each year for anyone jumping. They also accept Apple Pay, sell special socks you need to jump (can wash & reuse), have massage chairs on-site, and can host groups and parties. Finally, they have snacks and drinks for purchase, have rules of only one person on each trampoline in the jump zone, and you should put your jumper sticker on the large ball on the counter when leaving.
