Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

Ordered and picked up the $10 Tastemaker Pizza yesterday. The deal is a large Pizza with up to 3 toppings for $10. Ordered it with ham and pineapple. One half with pepperoni. They confirmed that I would not be charged extra for cheese as a topping... and then, they charged me $11 and this is the 2nd time they've tried to pull this. Opened up the box and looked at the pizza and found each slice had about 2 to 3, at most, tiny pieces of pineapple. The ham was tossed on in clumps and not spread out at all. Although I like their pizza sauce, the one word I would use to descibe the taste of the pizza is: Salty....I would have given a 2 star rating to the pizza based on the sauce alone but the fact that they tried to overcharge on this "special" for the 2nd straight time warrants no more than 1 star....next time I'll order from Dominos, even though it's...

We visited this pizza hut on March 19, 2023, walked in and seen the sign that says please wait to be seated, so we waited then a worker hand us menus and told us to go find a seat , which we did the table was dirty so when the waiter came over we asked to clean the table, and she said we'll if you waited to be seated the table would have been cleaned, so I explained to her that her co worker gave us menus and told us to find a table and our waiter would be right over. And she says we'll she would have told you to find a clean table not a dirty one . Well iam sorry but you don't get to be rude to your customers and still get to serve us , so me and my husband got up and walked out . I will never step foot back into that...

We were so excited to find a pizza hut but we weren't excited about the experience, the staff was absolutely miserable to be there and they made it loud and known, they were complaining very loudly and when one staffs shift was over another one caught an attitude that he was leaving..... at his scheduled time..... we asked for stuffed crust but they said they couldn't do that in a pan pizza but on the menu it said they could, we ordered 3 things the 3rd item didn't make it to our table when we asked he said the other waiter said she brought it, obviously she never did, he seemed a bit annoyed to have to put...
