Curtis Lumber Co Inc — Local services in Town of Queensbury

I love Curtis Lumber and their cabin kits but working with Tom was a nightmare. He never responded to questions, was not helpful in the ordering process, and didn’t have any knowledge. We tried to switch representatives but for some reason that was not allowed. I will not return to the Queensbury location because of Tom. This is a great company but Tom is hurting the experience. I advise everyone to go to a different location.

Great products (professional series) you won't find at the box stores like HD or Lowes, & priced pretty competitively. Great staff, especially the outside crew. My only gripe is the early closing hour. Seriously, if they were open with just a skeleton crew until 9 pm, once word got out, they'd move product enough to justify the operating cost ++... I own OLeary Overhead Door and Recently purchased all my power tools from Bob Distefano (sorry if i butchered your name Bob). For my new van. What a pleasure it was to deal with this man and his team. His knowledge and selection of DeWalt is amazing. Just left 5 minutes ago and bob threw in a few extra things.
