We were on our way home which is well over an hour and a half away. We ordered from McDonald's across from Taco Bell first and went through the drive thru less than 10 minutes. In the meantime my fiance placed a mobile order for Taco Bell for our son and for himself, placed the order at 10:26 p.m, we scooted over to Taco Bell and had to sit in the drive thru lane because the option to go inside was already closed. The line to the drive thru was way out to the road. We sat in line for 40 minutes, at this time it has been 46 minutes since we placed the mobile order. This is beyond ridiculous and unexceptable. When we pulled up to the window a young lady handed our 2 drinks then our bag of food. I asked how the food was and mentioned how we were in line 40 minutes, it was ridiculous. She then slammed the window on my face. I sat there and she refused to come back to the window. Another worker stood there and just looked at us, I waived him over and he finally came over. I asked what her first name was, he looked over to her and smirked then closed the window. I continued to sit there and finally the night switch manager opened the window. I asked him what her name was and he told me Paige, I proceeded to tell him about the wait and how she slammed the window on my face when I tried to tell her how the service was, he kept apologizing. He stated they were short handed and were having issues filling orders for Doordash, No excuse! You have 4 employees working. They were moving in slow mode, talking, laughing and the one waiting on the window was mopping in between. If we didn't already place a mobile order we would have left. We ordered 10:26 p.m and finally picked our order up at 11:12. At the speaker where you place an order I told the employee which was Paige we have a mobile order, I mentioned how long we were already waiting and asked if the order was ready and waiting, she said no it would be ready when we got the window. When we picked it up the food was luke warm, my son's tacos which only had meat n cheese was cold in parts. My fiancé order was the same. I get if there were only two employees working but when you have four, there is NO excuse for the long wait. The quality of the food was poor. We will be contacting headquarters to place a complaint and requesting a...
Read moreUsed to enjoy this particular Taco Bell, but have lost all faith. The last time I was there, my burritos were folded like tacos. It's definitely messy trying to eat them that way, but I managed. Unfortunately, they were out of Cinnabons on that trip. Tonight, I went there around 10:45 pm. Sat in the drive-in line, and finally got to the order speaker at 11:10 pm. The woman says "Sorry, we're closed". I responded "you're closed?" She mumbled something that I couldn't understand, then said "The vehicle ahead of you was my last order, sorry." There were at least 6 cars in line behind me, and several ahead of me waiting to pick up their orders. Here it is, 11:10 pm and their website says the drive-in was open until 2:00am, but I couldn't order because "They were closed". Did they run out of EVERYTHING, (they're always out of something), or were the employees just looking to go home early? I drove 10 miles to get there....for nothing. This place has changed drastically over the past year or so, and it's not for the better. This was my last visit. No longer will I waste my time and gas for nothing. There are plenty of places in town to grab something to eat. I'll just find a new favorite place to spend my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Chances are, you won't get what you want, if anything at all.
EDIT TO ORIGINAL POST: Naturally, I got the typical response to email them. Thanks, but no thanks. I'm not interested in being contacted by a Manager, and I don't want a coupon for a free taco. Undoubtedly, they'd be out of half the ingredients to make that free taco anyway. I said I wouldn't go back, and I won't. I'm done...
Read moreAs a Door Dasher I come to this location often and the service is never great but last night was especially atrocious. Per my door dash app instructions, I entered the store to check for my order on the rack. As usual it wasn't there - so I waited - not a big deal. I waited patiently for several minutes to be acknowledged by one of the workers. Myself and 2 other dashers. It was around 20 minutes! No one was at the counter and one of the workers was swearing the whole time about how upset (to say it mildly) he was for having to work while others went home and refused to make the Door Dash orders at all though everyone was waiting patiently. This went on the entire 50 minutes I waited for my order. 50 minutes. Run back the cameras and you will see this. Even after being acknowledged by the worker, the order took another 30 minutes to make. It was only a couple of items. There was no need for the angry employee to treat us poorly. This also cost me on my income and rating. Absolutely disgraceful how someone can treat perfectly polite strangers with such hostility. Did I mention the scene he made throwing food around the kitchen right in front of us as he couldn't hold his temper in - dropping the "F - Bomb" every other word out of his mouth? Again, I recommend you run the cameras back. I will be reaching out to corporate. This was the worst customer service I...
