Very disorganized box office. Contacted weeks in advance to get information about disability accommodations and seating information. Never got the information I needed. Emails went unanswered or were poorly answered. Supposed to have masks required by everyone (posted throughout the park and in emails sent out prior to show), but many staff members weren’t wearing masks; no one was enforcing masking among patrons. Very incomplete information provided about seating (there isn’t any). Resulted in me sitting in a field full of poison ivy with my service dog who was unable to complete his work tasks after walking through poison ivy. Didn’t get to stay to see the show ($75 + processing!) after having a severe panic attack and nearly passing out while waiting for transportation back to my car. Only 4 outhouses in the ‘picnic’ area and another 4 outhouses by the main stage. And not allowed to use the indoor facilities because we ‘didn’t pay enough’.
