Unique nails spa — Attraction in Town of Smithtown

Overall it’s ok service if you want to quickly get your nail done. I’m particularly not too happy with the pedicure. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on the pedicure. I did it for the first time here for the 10 minutes foot massage ( which is NOT 10 mins) ,hot stone and callus removal.She barely scrubbed my feet. I still have those rough spots under my foot. First of all (Mia- my nail specialist ) put the timer on and walked around for her supplies before she started the massage. I asked her to put some more strength into the massage cause it was more like she was just rubbing lotion on my skin, not massaging my legs. Very disappointing. I asked her to cut my nails down very short, she either did not understand or she’s playing dumb, but I had to make her constantly go back like 3-4 times with the nail clipper to the point where I just gave up. I made an appointment for 6pm with my husband and we were tired after work. They kept us waiting for half an hour. There was no problem at all. Then someone came and started the process, but while applying the nail polish, bubbles formed and I asked them to wipe it off. It ended up on all my nails. This place is trash. My friend got her nails done a few weeks ago. She paid $90 for manicure and pedicure and then her nail CHIPPED the DAY AFTER! She went back and told them she wanted it fixed and they said they had to charge $5 to fix it otherwise they weren’t touching the nail. She paid but is unhappy due to the fact that no nail should be chipping after a DAY of service. Her friend who also went with her the same day had a chipped nail too.
