Terrible store. Begging for help, like Iām forcing them to do their job. Came in for a SIM card. Electronics guy said check an aisle and if itās not there they were out of stock. He didnāt bother looking helping look for it. Asked a second guy, he said he couldnāt find it on his phone. I took my phone out saw they had it in stock in aisle c3⦠asked that guy again and he said that aisle doesnāt exist⦠he at least tried to help me look for it⦠he went to the first guy to ask about it⦠just told him to say they didnāt have it⦠I said ok and they laughed as I walked away⦠as if I was like a rude annoying customer meanwhile Iām just looking to buy something⦠Iām like helping them find the thing as if Iām begging for someone to know whatās going on⦠1) check your online inventory.. 2) try to help customers find things within stores⦠if they donāt feel welcome in ur store theyāre going to go somewhere else⦠saw another customer looking for something as well that was out of stock⦠update ur inventory if things are in fact out of stockā¦
Iām now driving to the one in Huntington in rush hour meanwhile I like a couple minutes away from this one. š
Update went to Huntington- employee looked for it, couldnāt find it, looked it up, said it was in the back and asked me which one I wanted me went to grab it. Good employees over...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy local store (Commack, NY) has gone downhill in many ways. The store aisles are too small and the shelves are stocked poorly. I regularly wait on long lines because there are no cashiers available and I am essentially forced to perform self-checkout. The self-checkout process is rarely smooth.
The last time I was at the self-checkout the "checkout assistant" was of no help when an item came up on the register with the wrong price. She said to me, "do you wanna go take a picture of the price sign?". When I replied "No", she walked away. Why didn't she just say, "I don't believe you and I don't care anyway.". That is how the message was received by me. Ultimately, to prove a point, I walked all the way to the far end of the store, took a picture and came back and showed it to her. She then took off the 58 cents. All of this while the line of other customers grew at the only self-checkout area that was allowed to be open.
I used to enjoy shopping around Target. Now, I loathe it. I used to go to Target once a week, now my trips to Target are very rare. Congratulations, Target, you now rank below Walmart and just about every...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām a customer at target. I enjoy the store in Commack. However, I had a coupon that said a free item I had no idea that targets does not accept it
They told me to go to customer service I talked to the manager, Ryan Told me that they donāt accept the free coupon Did not treat me like a guest or customer that patronages targets He was rude and told me again Strictly we donāt accept the free coupon however, the policy is that you donāt accept a free coupon he said heāll do it this time so he was going against the policy of target šÆ It was very embarrassing to say the least, very unjustified I called target headquarters and made a complaint I really donāt think he is a manager that they should have there for customer service Over a coupon to be treated like that Then why did he give me the item with the free coupon when the policy is that they donāt accept the free coupon He said heāll do it this time I buy a lot of things there, but I will try to find another place to buy...
