Harbor Freight — Attraction in Town of Sweden

Went here to pick up some basic tools and see of they sold nails or screws. I walked around in circles for a while without being approached by anyone if I needed any assistance. Finally I asked a girl who worked there if they carried any nails or screws or packs of and she literally told me that she did not know and to ask someone else on the floor and walked away. I never had an employee at retail store follow up an "I don't know" with "ask someone else". I would expect them to find out immediately or put me in contact with someone who did and for them to stick around to also learn the answer.

I purchased an open box item last week and wasn’t able to use it due to it now working properly. When I went to return it yesterday at the Brockport location I was told I couldn’t return it due to it being an open box purchase. The woman managing came out with an attitude right off the bat and I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this policy when I made the purchase. She said she would do the return and continued to be all aggressive, slamming the register closed and being super rude. Colton is amazing! Keep this young man employed (or I will) Excellent customer service- he’s real- he’s honest - he’s a tremendous asset. Current store manager with the long hair working morning of 8/2/25 is terrible. Yaps yaps yaps WAY too much and has ZERO expectations of quick customer service .
