Subway — Restaurant in Town of Sweden

I enjoy the subs pretty good but I have two big complaints. One they lines and time it takes for the subs to get ready can be insane and makes the trip not worth it, so if you are on a time crunch subway is not a good choice at times. You might think that one or two people is not alot in a line but time stacks up because they currently seem understaffed. My second complaint is that when ordering food if I ask for "the chicken teriyaki sweet onion sub" they ask what I want on it.... And it's not just the type of bread but everything. I found if you say "can I get it as advertised" theyake the thing that's in the title. Why they don't ask if you want it as advertised idk. Though these two things might make it seem less appealing being able to have exsactly what you want is great as long as they get it right and when they do it's you delishious baby...

I always order online so I can just pick it up quick. However, you still have to wait in the long line to pick up your order. The last time I ordered 2 of my 4 subs were messed up (and I actually left a tip!). They also failed to label the subs, which I had included in the special instructions. I ordered again today. Picked it up, literally asked the kid if everything was there ( he said yes), I looked in the bag and a sub was missing. I couldn't tell which one because once again, they were not labeled. For a company that asks you to tip when you order online, you'd think employees would follow very clear instructions to...

The drive through had me sitting infront of their window for 25 minutes after I ordered a personal pizza. No one came to the window to say it was taking long, or to let me know what was going on. I just sat there for 25 minutes thinking they forgot me. On a separate day, they had 1 new hire working the front alone. You should never have a new hire in front working alone in fast food. They will be a bit slower because they are new, and ontop of that, it takes 2-3 people to work in the front of a subway. 5 people in line had to wait 3 times longer...
