IF I COULD I WILL GIVE THIS STORE ZERO STAR RATING!!! My experience today was HORRIBLE. The employees treated me like and was robbing the store. I went with my family to the store today because I wanted to buy a hoodie, I was wearing a jacket when I came in but took it off and placed it on my sons stroller when trying on the hoodie. I gave the hanger to my kid to play with. I was walking around then put my jacket back on and I took the hanger from my kid, a worker saw me and paged someone. Thats when I realized something was wrong. I told my family that an employee was watching me, a few minutes later I noticed he was walking by and watching me again. After I noticed two woman one young and chubby and other older, walking by and they were looking at me then stopped and looking at me again and whispering something and looking at my jacket that I felt very uncomfortable . I tried to talk to them but they just left. Then the younger one was standing behind my back and looking at my jacket again. Everywhere I went there was employees watching me. This made me worried. When I went to pay for the hoodie, I asked to speak with the manager because I felt that if I didn’t, they will stop me to check me anyways. I took my jacket off and showed him that it was mine and I told him how the employees were acting and I felt very uncomfortable and very upset to the point that I was shaking. Those employees were very unprofessional the manager should check cameras to see how unprofessional those 2 ladies acted. The manager was apologizing for what happened. This was the last time I'll be at this store!!! If you train your employees to act like they did you give them bad example and you gonna loose customers. Better ask them to learn what products you selling because my jacket wasn’t even...

I was in their store today and let me tell you when they had the shoe aisle stacked 8 to 9:10 boxes high up on the top shelf and a customer was reaching to get them and I was on the other side knocked a whole bunch of boots in the boxes on me taking myself to the emergency room I have a concussion in a pulled muscle in my shoulder but the fact of the matter is yes a lot of workers did hear the crash they come running they get me to shut down talk to me for a bit I had asked for ice then we're filling out forms when in reality they did not get no information from the guy that did this and two they should have actually said hey let's call an ambulance for you when they knew I had a big bump on my head I don't know I just found it to be that they need to be educated more than workers they're lucky wasn't more of an elderly person but I'm still somewhat old they should have called for an ambulance I called and updated them with my report of what was going on I feel like the manager I talked to I got no sympathy this could be a lawsuit on your guys's hand it is I'm walking out of the store he has if there is anything more he could do for me and I jokingly said yeah and give me a pair of cowboy boots that I originally come in here to buy I was joking he was we'll see what we can do and he laughs you know what you guys could have called and checked up on me yourselves you had my phone number in the report to you guys could offered me something even in the store to come back and come shopping three I want to come back to that store just like my husband said and see if you guys removed the height of them boots being stacked that high yes I'm a little upset cuz I'm the one sitting here suffering and being in pain I will never come back to...
