Nah, Buffalo Bargains is straight-up running the bin game. First bin store to open in Buffalo, and they’ve kept it real since day one. Prices drop from $10 to $1—none of that goofy $12 nonsense. The crew’s chill, the energy’s always right, and every visit feels like a treasure hunt. Raffles, surprise events, good vibes all around.
Edit: 😩 I'm a genuine customer who has shopped at both locations. I wrote my review to inform fellow shoppers . I mentioned Buffalo Bargains specifically because customers deserve to know there’s a cheaper alternative, with prices dropping from $10 to $1, unlike your $12 starting price.
When I visited, your store was unexpectedly closed during posted business hours. Closing for internal organization during open hours is your responsibility to manage not something customers should have to deal with.
Buffalo Bargains consistently offers a better experience: reliable hours, lower prices, friendlier staff, and community events.
Instead of addressing valid concerns like your pricing, inconsistent hours, and customer service you chose to question my credibility simply because I mentioned a competitor.
My stance remains the same. Until you lower your starting price, stick to your advertised hours, and provide a consistent experience, my review stands. You can either address these issues or keep deflecting. The...
Read moreThis was truly disappointing. My first two visits I tried on a Thursday. First time about 2 hours before close, 2nd time a bit earlier, only to find doors closed and lights off both times. It seems now they've forgone Thursday altogether. Yes I can understand if inventory is low why be there? Well because it's your posted hours.
3rd attempt on Friday at about 2pm. Yes I understand to be there early for the best pick. The place was in shambles. You have to rummage through filthy boxes for your treasure hunting that are just strewn all over.
Best part? About 75% of those boxes were unlabeled cardboard boxes or in the original Amazon delivery bag unopened. You have zero idea what's in the package.
Don't open the boxes. Okay. They'll open for you. Okay? Open them. ALL. I don't understand.
I certainly was not greeted (honestly I don't care) as others stated. I suppose it would have been nice to get a verbal explanation as to what I was walking into.
The one employee that did acknowledge me creepily followed me around while gawking.
Really really...
Read moreYOU’LL FIND THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU NEED!! YOU MUST GIVE THIS STORE A TRY I always have a blast when I come to this store. From the second you enter the store you’re greeted by whoever is working that day. The customer service couldn’t be better. If you want them to open up a box they let you which is awesome. Most bin stores don’t let you open up the boxes. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier asked me if I wanted to check any of the items before purchase. I’ve been a reseller on mercari, poshmark, eBay and Facebook marketplace for a few years now. This store is a goldmine for resellers you’ll definitely find some great deals to profit of off. The Amazon mystery boxes are lots of fun they remind me of Christmas. I will definitely keep coming back! Thank you guys for opening this store...
