Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

I commend the workers here. When I last visited the store was packed from wall to wall and filled with mostly nasty, inpatient and rude customers who had no sympathy or understanding for them not having pizzas “hot n ready” due to how busy it was and on a Sunday. It’s a smaller store with limited amount of workers and each and every one of them were working non stop to take care of us customers while dealing with all the nasty and rude people and it didnt change how professional and hard working they continued to be. I wanted to scream at every rude person that was there, because obviously they have never been in their shoes or maybe they have and they forgotten how difficult things can be. It would be one thing if they were all slacking but they weren’t they were working non stop to take care of us and they deserve to be commended. It was even the girl at the registers first day and she did amazing from what I could see. I don’t know if I would have remained so level headed and professional if it were me when I was that age or point in my work history so that also deserves praise. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Never had a problem at this location until now. Online orders have always been accurate, timely, and staffing usually on point. Haven't been to this location for a while so returned to a nightmare. Prices continue to go up, long ago were the days of the $5 hot n ready. Staffing attitudes could be more positive, especially the manager, though they did hold strong even after customers started name calling and acting a fool. Arrived to a store full of customers (most waiting for orders past 30 minutes of time ready), cabinet full of orders that were "claimed" but were sold to arriving cash customers, and the pizza portal empty. Asked about my order and was told it was just going in oven and they were "backed up with the ovens" and would be about 8 minutes. Politely waited in the mass for 20 minutes longer and food came out at 7:33, 30 minutes past ready time. Food was good, brownies were a HUGE let down, not even baked in store being PREPACKAGED AND COLD. What a total waste of an impulse buy.

Ordering went as normal I was told 10 minutes. A gentleman walks in right as I sit down and order he is also told 10 minutes. After a few minutes they start to argue with him that he needs to pay for his food after already paying and showing them a receipt of purchase. I sided with him and they stop debting with him. 20 minutes go by and my food has yet to come out. As I stand at the counter waiting on a person to come to the front, 3 more people walk in. Now standing there a young kids takes care of the 3 people in line next to me while my food is sitting on the counter. The customer service is awful. No one cares there. Nothing is ever ready when walking in at 10 minutes clearly means 20 minutes plus taking care of walk in instead of giving a already paying customer there order and leaving it out to get cold. On top of all that my order was wrong and they forgot my sauces...
