Window World of the Hudson Valley — Attraction in Town of Wappinger

My window was broken by a turkey vulture, so I needed it fixed. I called several places and no return phone calls. Then one owner came out and said he would send me a quote within two days. Never heard from him again. My coworker mentioned Window World to me, so I called. Low and behold a human actually answered the phone and was so polite and helpful. We set up an appointment and Kim my salesperson came out on time the day as promised. She understood my needs and my budget. Didn't try to force me into something more than what I could afford. She gave me good suggestions and there was no pressure to sign immediately. I reviewed the contract and signed the next day. She immediately set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure (it was her husband). He too was spot on time and very polite. Windows were ordered. When they arrived, I was notified, and Kim's husband and partner came out and did the installation. Both were very polite, respectful and kept my house clean. They did a beautiful job. Thinking that was it, no way. Kim came back out to inspect the job herself and to make sure I was happy. I got windows from here about a year ago. Luckily, I just changed a few only to see how they perform and very glad I did. I started noticing that these windows have condensation on the outside some days. My old windows right next to them don't and my neighbors window all around me don't. The owner who services the window came to look at them. He could not explain why but offered to clean the window from outside if something was making water stick to them. If that did not work he offered to replace one to see if it fixes it. After a little while I noticed this again a few times and sent them detailed pictures. They acknowledged it but never responded to my emails. I called every week for three weeks, Abby kept telling me she was talking to the owners. Last time I called she told me nothing is wrong with the windows. They cannot control condensation on the outside. I would have been fine if my old windows right next to them had the same issue or my neighbors window had the same issue, but they don't.
