I came to the store on rt 9 wappingers because I did something to my cell phone and it erased all my contacts and other data on my phone . I was at first but sure if I should have come into one of the storse for such help other than a purchase!!I am.an older woman and not very savy when it comes to technology.Boy did I make the right decision!! The sales associate's Alexis and Tyler were both incredibly friendly and welcoming to my husband and myself! Tyler who is a store manager took charge of my situation and told me that he would do whatever he could to try and get my cell phone up and running again.He took his time was pleasant and extremely patient.OMG he fixed my phone.!! What a brilliant young man.I can't thank Verizon store and Tyler enough. Excellent service .Thank-you !!We will be back to purchase...

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Two visits in a row; First, a complete I Phone upgrade and transfer for our daughter and second, a week later, a complete save and transfer for my old and dying I phone 5 c. It actually died on the table as Alexis, (one of their Sales Representatives), was backing-it-up...effortlessly, she was able to revive it and complete the process before we finally laid it to rest. It was clear to me that Alexis and her teammate/store manager were both very knowledgeable and their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. They left no question unanswered and all along the way, explained every step, including our different options, in plain, easy to understand terms. I went to Verizom with a big ask: I wanted to convert four phones an sign up for Fios. Naturally that comes with a lot of questions. Joe Vales & William Jackson were exceptional.

They were patient, thorough, friendly, and great conversationalists as we had down time during the activation process. Everyone we encountered as an employee at the Wappingers Falls location was excellent, very nice and informative as well.

I mentioned patience earlier, and their patience was certainly tested as I brought my one year old with me on both occasions and they were unwavering in their patience and kindness. As we all know, one year olds can be trying at times.
