Kurt Gardner Photography Gallery — Attraction in Town of Webb

Kurt’s photography skills are amazing. He makes me feel like I am right there or want to be I always feel excited when we walk in the door.His photos make me feel Relaxed and peaceful . We go into his shop every year and end up coming out with a back full of treasures. I have more of his trophy photos on my wall than I do of mine. His shop is a must on our list. We have gotten to know Kurt and his wife. They take time to talk to their customers. In my case Kurt gave me a pep talk as I was recovering from a complicated back surgery ( for what seemed like forever to me ) His kind and understanding words lifted my spirits and really helped me. I have a shirt with his quote “ 6 million acres of healing “ and I know it to be true. The Adirondacks are our happy , healing place. Kurt is also willing to share his photo knowledge and talents. My husband & I patronized the gallery this past Tuesday as soon as we arrived in Old Forge. The photography was absolutely beautiful...so much so that we purchased 3 photos, 2 we picked out and 1 that needed to be printed. Kurt said he could probably have it printed by the time we left on Friday but if not he would he would text/call us to let us know and he would ship to us. We paid for the entire purchase, never heard from Kurt and returned to the gallery on our way out of town Friday morning. The lady that opened the store said our photo had not been printed, asked if we had paid for it (which we had) and gave us the choice of taking a different but similar photo. This situation could have turned out differently if there had been some follow through. It made us feel as though our business didn't matter & left us extremely...

Always a great experience at Kurt's Gallery. They are the nicest people, with amazing pictures, prints, and options. I'd been to Old Forge many times without stopping in and I regret that it took me so long to find this awesome place. They have great options in every price range with the same great images as the bigger prints. They also don't mind if you just stop in and look. The gallery is beautiful and offers a unique perspective on the Adirondacks with stunning clarity.
