We stopped in for a drink and bite to eat during our stay and... I dunno. The drinks and food we got were good, but the place was not super welcoming. You would think you'd get a "hey how are ya?" when walking into a place, but the bartenders kind of just didn't acknowledge us. Even when you stepped up to order they kind of just weren't super friendly. Which, fine whatever, maybe it was an off night. The Waiting Room is a combination of espresso bar and cocktail bar, lol. It's the perfect spot to wind up or wind down. You can sit and relax, meet up with friends, listen to live music (check their music schedule) and have the most amazing cocktail you could ever want! I love the vibe, I love the décor and I absolutely love the Georgian Holiday! One of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been to, hidden in a small town in the Adirondacks. Their classic cocktails are great, but their signature cocktails are so unique and amazing. I wish I could try them all and still be able to drive home. I would go out of my way for a drink at this bar. Recommend to anyone in a 3 hour radius.
