Souvenir Village — Local services in Town of Webb

This is the one place we always go when in Old Forge. Better quality of trinkets, great clothing and excellent chocolates. Chip, the owner, is very friendly and goes out of his way to help. Didn't have the chocolate that we had wanted, so, even though he was going to be closed during the week, he ordered what we wanted and personally delivered it to the motel where we were staying. Doesn't get any better than that. ...

I did some Christmas shopping with this store, but I live very far away so I had to order my gifts over the phone. The owner was extremely helpful and I received my order very quickly. A small family owned business with excellent customer service and fair prices--I've gotten similar items elsewhere in the past for twice as much. Will do more business with them...

I have been in this shop twice, and both times, was met with rude and nasty service. First of all, it's supposed to be a souvenir shop, in the Adirondacks, yet, nearly everything in there is made in China. Second, the person who seems to run the place was very rude and nasty.
